Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail. Great Location: The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient. It's perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm, professional, and check-in was very efficient. Room service was quick to respond, and our requests were promptly addressed. Comfortable Room: The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were modern, and the hot water supply was ample and consistent. Thoughtful Touches: The complimentary welcome fruit and minibar drinks were a nice touch. The in-room smart control system (or high-quality toiletries) really left a lasting impression. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. Everything was delicious, especially the local specialty snacks, which were very authentic. Overall, it was excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it to friends!

I was deeply impressed by the accommodation experience at the Gefei Hotel. The service was thoughtful and the surrounding supporting facilities were very complete. The internet speed in the room is very fast, there is a washing machine and dryer, the room service is enthusiastic and greets you proactively, and the room is also cleaned very cleanly. Five-star recommendation for Greentree Eastern Hotel (Shanghai Ningguo Road Metro Station HULIANBAODI)! My business trip stay here was absolutely perfect! Manager Li provided warm and thoughtful service. The location is fantastic too – it's just a 10-minute walk to Ningguo Road Metro Station on Line 12, which takes you directly to the Bund and Lujiazui. It's also very close to Yangpu Riverside for a leisurely stroll. The hotel is located within the HULIANBAODI park, offering a quiet and artistic environment, and it's a great spot for photos. For those driving, there's free parking and charging piles, making both travel options very convenient. The hotel, newly opened in 2026, boasts brand-new facilities and a simple yet upscale lobby. The rooms are spacious with smart home controls, allowing you to operate curtains and lights by voice. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light, and the double-glazed soundproof windows ensure a remarkably quiet stay – you can't hear any noise from the hallway or the street. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, offering an incredibly comfortable sleep. The bathroom has a dry-wet separation, stable hot water, and a complete set of clean toiletries. The amenities exceeded expectations: a 24-hour free gym and a self-service laundry and dryer, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers and tourists. There are also robots for meal and item delivery, and the self-service breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, check-in was fast, and any issues were addressed promptly. The cleaning staff were meticulous, ensuring every corner was spotless. I'm a returning customer, this is my second stay, and the overall experience is still good. Generally speaking, hotels in Shanghai are more expensive than in other cities, but this one is quick to get to from Shanghai Station by subway, so the value for money is pretty decent. Most importantly, the room has a window, so it doesn't feel stuffy.

Overall the service matches the price. There are no scissors at the reception. Breakfast is ~ delicious.
