The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the front desk service is warm and efficient, the room facilities are complete and comfortable, the sleeping experience is great, and the price of booking on Ctrip is affordable. I will choose this hotel again next time I travel! !

Stayed here for a business trip. The room was great, very clean, and felt really cozy. The bathroom and shower were separate, and there was even a dryer for laundry, which was super convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety, including fresh fruits and drinks.

I'm a returning customer, this is my second stay, and the overall experience is still good. Generally speaking, hotels in Shanghai are more expensive than in other cities, but this one is quick to get to from Shanghai Station by subway, so the value for money is pretty decent. Most importantly, the room has a window, so it doesn't feel stuffy.

It's a newly opened hotel. I wanted to give it a try, after all, new hotels have a strong smell in their decoration. But I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The lobby is grand, the room is basically odorless, and parking is very convenient. I asked the front desk about breakfast and they said the breakfast room is being upgraded and will be available soon. By then, all rooms will have breakfast provided. If this can be realized, it will be much more convenient. I hope the price won't increase too much by then!

L hotel est propre et le personnel tres serviable meme si il ne parle pas anglais et ne dispose pas d'outils de traduction.
Petit plus les machines a laver a disposition avec la lessive.
Attention petit point negatif poir les adeptes du cafe au reveil....il n'y a pas de cafe ni dans l'hotel ni a proximite immediate.
Tres bon rapport qualite prix.

衞生乾淨，設施齊全，前台很熱情，送了橙子，早餐也因為跑馬的入住者提前到了6點開始，很貼心，而且沒有因為賽事而漲價，點贊。

這次出行的住宿體驗太驚喜了！房間空間遠超預期，寬敞明亮又通透，不管是放行李還是活動都完全不侷促，住得特別舒心。更讓人滿意的是房間格外安靜，沒有多餘噪音打擾，晚上休息得特別好，住着格外安心。

工作人員的服務更是加分項，從入住到退房全程都特別友好熱情，有任何需求都能及時響應，還會主動提供實用建議，態度温柔又有耐心，讓人感覺特別暖心。

整體體驗感拉滿，性價比超高，下次來還會優先選擇這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友～

I came to Changzhou and booked a newly opened hotel here. The room was quite big, but the soundproofing was not good. I kept ringing the bell early in the morning. It made people get up a bit angry, but the room slept very comfortably and the hygiene was a bit not very good. There are many dirt in the toilet and the staff responded quickly to help us change rooms. , there are not many types of breakfast, it feels not very hot to eat after 7 o'clock.

The hotel was very comfortable and very satisfied with the room hygiene. The bedding was very comfortable. The service is still very thoughtful. The hotel has two free parking lots, and there are charging piles in the underground parking lot, which is very convenient for the tram.
