We thought everything was settled, but a little later, we found that a connecting door was still ajar, and external individuals were re-entering the kids' club area, posing a safety risk. The hotel's access control was inadequate, lacking long-term effective management. Overall, the hardware is excellent. I hope the hotel strengthens its room cleaning details, adds delivery robots, and strictly controls access to the kids' club to ensure the exclusive play rights of its guests. Additionally, I'd like to commend the duty manager and the short-haired lady in the black uniform on the first basement floor for their prompt and excellent handling of the situation. I also appreciate the front desk staff who gave a gift to our child.

It is quite convenient and easy to find with the navigation. There is a small supermarket to the left when you go out of the hotel, and there are many places to eat a few hundred meters further.
