"Having stayed at various five-star luxury hotels in Hefei, the Westin still managed to impress me in a unique way. Firstly, the location is excellent; it's very close to Hefei Railway Station and directly opposite the Wanda shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. Secondly, the facilities and amenities are top-notch. Thirdly, all the service staff are exceptionally enthusiastic and polite, from the greeters to the front desk and other service personnel. You're met with an overwhelming sense of friendliness, which is hard to find even in five-star hotels. This morning, around 6 AM, I came down to pick up my takeaway order but couldn't find it. Both the duty manager and the concierge patiently helped me investigate the reason, addressing the issue from a customer's perspective. It turned out the delivery person had simply entered the wrong phone number."

The following small suggestions: Since you have done butler service, you can add customer WeChat in advance, send the weather and route, and you can meet the online butler and the customer to have an interaction when you leave, which is more conducive to customer evaluation. Cayla, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful. She called me before my check-in to ask about my preferences and arranged a high-floor room in advance. The view was expansive, the backyard garden scenery was pleasant, and the room was clean. The KingKoil mattress provided a comfortable sleep, and it came with a large bathtub and high-quality toiletries. It was a fantastic experience.

The hotel rooms are all on the 42th floor or above. Ours was on the 52th and my kid was super happy with that. Great view of the surrounding area. Service was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the over crowded swimming pool (prob. b/c in July) shared with a gym not afflicted with the hotel. If you don't plan to use the pool, then I would highly recommend this place.

The Hefei Binhu Fomao Hotel truly delivers on both quality and service! The grand lobby with its gilded dome and the 'influencer-worthy' staircase are incredibly photogenic. The rooms are spacious and smart, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the King Koil mattress, TOTO bathroom fixtures, and the all-in-one washer/dryer. The butler-style service is warm and attentive. If you're coming to Hefei, you should definitely stay at the Binhu Fomao.

Driving with children to travel by car during the summer, passing by Hefei at 11 o'clock in the evening to rest, ready to continue to hurry the next day. I chose Narada Hotel for a screening (not far from the highway), but I didn't expect to open the blind box unexpectedly! The hotel has an independent courtyard, free parking spaces are sufficient, there are fast charging on the ground, the underground garage is clean and there are a lot of slow rushes! (At night 0.8 yuan per degree, sleep without delaying time to full power, too friendly to tram passengers!) The lobby is elegantly decorated, clean and tidy and fresh. The front desk staff Xiao Yuan who checked in for me was warm and courteous, professional service, and accurately understood and solved my reasonable demands. We arranged a room with no one in the compartment for us when conditions permit, so that our family can rest quietly and fully. Thank you again for 🙏! The room area is spacious and the picture and text introduction of Trip.com square meters is actually matched (some hotels are actually falsely marked area now! It is recommended that friends choose the hotel to see more about the real evaluation), the room decoration is elegant, the clean and tidy cleaning is in line with the standard of a quasi-five-star hotel, the bedding is new and comfortable, The bathroom is dry and wet, and the whole is very good! The overall evaluation is that the quality of the stay is far beyond the price of the room! Very cost-effective! Very recommended for self-driving, do not care about the convenience of the downtown area, like comfortable and quiet rest of the passengers! The hotel's design is stunning, and every photo you take turns out great, making it perfect for young people. The lobby also offers complimentary welcome tea. In the room, we received free welcome fruits, drinks, and wine. We even got a complimentary upgrade to a three-bedroom suite, which was incredibly generous! Definitely five stars. It's also super convenient for food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment, and close to the concert venue. There are plenty of electric scooters for rent nearby, making it easy to get around.

This hotel is right next to the subway station, so the location is great and getting around is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is my second time staying here in Hefei, and the swimming pool is fantastic – the temperature is perfect for kids. The beef vermicelli soup at breakfast is good, though the rest is pretty standard. Prices hardly increase during holidays. I recommend staying here.

The carpet in the room was a bit dirty, and there was dust under the bed. The entire building feels a bit old. The complimentary 'happy hour' light meal actually only had four dishes, self-service style, which I don't recommend – I took one look and left. There were no welcome fruits or anything, even though it was an executive room. The breakfast looked like it had a lot of variety, but it was just so-so. The worst part of the experience was the swimming pool. It's tiny, and half of it was sectioned off for kids' training. My child went swimming for less than 30 minutes and told me there were a lot of stringy, white flocs at the bottom of the pool. We quickly went back to the room to disinfect clothes with Dettol and thoroughly washed our bodies multiple times. We decided to come here last minute, so we booked this place nearby. After staying two nights, we immediately switched to the InterContinental. I really do not recommend this place.
