Fantastic overall experience! The hotel is quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness is impeccable – not a hint of any unpleasant odors. The staff were gentle and patient, and all the facilities were well-maintained and easy to use. Downstairs, the transportation links are incredibly convenient. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. A comfortable stay, definitely recommended!

Overall, the hardware and service foundation are quite impressive. The hotel lobby is exceptionally well-designed, featuring arched structures paired with artistic feature walls that exude a grand and upscale ambiance. The gym in the public area is fully equipped and meticulously maintained, making daily workouts very convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, featuring a modern light luxury interior style. The solid wood flooring feels great underfoot, and all desk corners have been rounded for anti-collision safety—a very thoughtful touch. The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offer phenomenal views, overlooking the urban greenery and lake with perfect natural lighting. The freestanding bathtub allows you to soak while enjoying the view, making it ideal for unwinding during a trip. From front desk reception to housekeeping, the staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring a very pleasant experience throughout. Areas for Improvement: 1. The mirror at the bathroom vanity is set too far back, making it quite difficult for near-sighted guests to see clearly—not very user-friendly. Additionally, items like the electric kettle are placed directly on the vanity countertop, mixing with the washing area and lacking clear functional zoning. Even though I don't use the hotel's kettle myself, it still looks visually cluttered and cramped. It is recommended to add a movable vanity mirror and better organize the countertop layout. 2. Breakfast was the biggest letdown of this stay and falls short of five-star hotel expectations. It lacks local Jiangxi specialties, offers a limited variety of hot and cold dishes, leans toward heavy flavors, and features too many deep-fried items, which aren't quite suitable for breakfast. The noodle station only offers rice noodles and regular noodles with few options. Fried eggs are pre-cooked and piled up in advance rather than being made to order. It's acceptable for a short 1-2 night stay, but staying for 3 consecutive days leads to too much repetition and a lack of choices. 3. There was a gap in the lobby bellhop service experience. As a five-star standard hotel, door staff were standing right at the entrance upon arrival and departure, but they never proactively stepped forward to inquire or assist with luggage. They just stood by quietly, lacking proactiveness, which falls short of the service standards expected of a five-star hotel. While the rest of the front desk and housekeeping services were on point, I hope they can improve proactive service awareness at the entrance and bell desk. 4. The hotel is part of an office building complex, and the first-floor lobby hosts wedding banquets. During my stay, coinciding with a wedding, the lobby was crowded and quite noisy, which could disturb guests seeking a quiet stay. Elevator wait times also increased, compromising privacy and tranquility. Summary: The hotel's hardware, views, and service are generally top-notch, and the public areas are extremely photogenic, perfect for social media check-ins. If you are just staying for a short term and value views and room space, it is worth choosing. However, for a longer stay, we look forward to breakfast improvements and better crowd management for wedding banquets to minimize disruption to hotel guests.

My stay at the Greentown Primus Hotel Nanchang International Expo City was excellent. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Expo City, making it super convenient to get to the West Railway Station. The room was clean and spacious, with great soundproofing, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a high-quality rest. The breakfast offered a wide variety, including local specialties. The heated pool and gym facilities were well-equipped. The staff, especially Yilia, were enthusiastic and courteous. It's a perfect choice for business travelers and definitely recommended.

For my weekend trip to Nanchang, I specifically looked for a hotel near Bayi Square. Parking was very convenient and free during my stay. The hotel is right next to Metro Line 4, so I'd recommend leaving your car at the hotel and using the subway to get to attractions – no need to worry about parking then. The room was quite spacious with a separated wet and dry area in the bathroom, plus a mini-fridge which was great for chilling drinks. I had dinner on the second floor of the hotel, and the 'Three-Cup Chicken' was absolutely delicious. They also offer thoughtful services for guests with children, like providing a baby bathtub and bed rails. Kids can even go to the front desk to unlock a small toy, which is a nice touch. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

There are more parking spaces in the parking lot and free parking. The front desk service is very good, the rooms are bright windows, the makeup mirror is also lighted, the room is clean and tidy, the space is large, the bed is very comfortable, the location is convenient, there are more food around, and the traffic is very convenient. The overall stay at the hotel is particularly satisfactory.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was genuinely spacious, with plenty of room for my child to move around. Even though the hotel has been open for over ten years, the bathroom fixtures and sanitary ware are incredibly well-maintained. The decor style feels quite modern and is aesthetically pleasing. The cleanliness details were meticulously handled; the towels and cups were sealed in plastic, which gave me peace of mind. Outside the window is the Gan River, and from the high floor, the river view is expansive, looking great both day and night. The staff's service attitude was also excellent; they'd proactively greet you, and if you needed directions or anything else, they responded very quickly. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I'd consider staying here again on my next visit to Nanchang.

The front desk lady checked in very quickly, and also sent a welcome snack. This small drink is very delicious. When I checked out, I told the front desk lady that I had a drink on the road! ! So sweet! . There are not many types of breakfast, but there are still some Nanchang mixed powder tile soup, and the coffee is also freshly grounded by the coffee machine, not the kind of instant flushing. When checking out, I also asked if I needed to delay until 2 pm, and the service details were indeed in place. Next time I come here for a business trip, I will choose this one. The bedding in the room is good, and the room is very soundproof. The transportation is also convenient, not bad! !

The hotel was perfect for my kids, they loved being able to see the bridge and the Ferris wheel at night. The customer service was also great – they even gave us a complimentary breakfast! We were planning on visiting the Jiangxi Provincial Museum later, and the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

The friendly staff greeted me with a smile and upgraded my room, so I had a pleasant check-in and a pleasant stay. The room had a great view, was spacious, and clean. The free laundry room and fitness center were spacious and modern, making them convenient to use. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was plentiful with salads and fruit. The freshly made pho was especially delicious. This was my first time staying at a chain hotel, and the price was reasonable for the service, making it a very satisfying stay. *The staff must have been quite surprised by my boyfriend's allergic reaction, but they did their best to accommodate me. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

The hotel has been renovated and has been greatly improved in all aspects. The front desk sister provided thoughtful service and the guest rooms are elegant. I will come again next time. I strongly recommend it😀
