The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the room we booked directly faces another building so not much privacy…we had the curtains closed most of the time. The breakfast was also just a limited selection. The price of the room is very affordable though, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to travellers on a budget.

What impressed me the most was how warmly they welcomed us, even though we arrived quite late at night after landing at the airport. Despite the language barrier, the staff made a great effort to communicate with us and helped arrange airport transfer, which was complimentary. Their patience and willingness to assist made us feel very comfortable. The hotel itself has excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, including a tea pot for making drinks. There’s also a laundry area with both a washer and dryer available for free, which was very convenient. One unique feature I really enjoyed was the service robot. It can deliver items from housekeeping and even food directly to your room. I know this is quite common in China, but I still loved the experience, especially when the robot delivered towels after we requested them! Another thoughtful gesture was that they packed breakfast for us, even though our room did not include it. Along with the free airport transfer, this really showed their excellent hospitality. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanchang.
