The room was clean and bright. The hotel service was very thoughtful; they even prepared a small gift and afternoon tea for our New Year's stay. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's quite convenient to get to tourist attractions by car, taxi, or subway. Next time I'm in Nanchang, I'll definitely stay here again.

The environment is great, and there's a free kids' play area. The room has a huge floor-to-ceiling window with amazing views and plenty of natural light. The staff are warm and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. All the facilities in the room are well-maintained and a pleasure to use; overall, it's clean and comfortable. It's perfect for both leisure trips and short stays. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Beautiful and spacious hotel. Good staff. There is a bathtub ,a balcony,a spacious and soft bed in the room. The breakfast is so-so(the taste of sausages,even eggs,pastry). there were always problems with the coffee machine and coffee itself was not good. Nearby there is a gym and a swimming pool,but you need ur own swimming hat and a swimming suit if you want to swim there. Spa might be closed so you’d better ask in advance. There js a Chinese restaurant where you can have dinner on the first floor. We liked the fried dumplings there.

Nanchang is a great city to meet up if you have friends from other locations in China. I was able to meet with friends between Shanghai and ShenZhen. There are different train stations. Everyone can arrive at, and this location is in the center of a few attractions. You can view the fountain from the rooftop and have dinner, or you can take a walk down to the museum, Navy ship, or fountain.  the breakfast is delicious and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked a two rooms for the purpose of family, and the housekeeping staff did a great job of maintaining the room for a couple of days. Thank you for the free gift and the welcome fruit was really appreciated.

Nanchang Sunac Shibo Hotel Group is really great! The location is superb, right by the Jiulong Lake Sunac Cultural Tourism City, close to the Jiulong Lake South Station of Metro Line 2, and it is very convenient to go to Sunac Mall, Sunac Park and Sunac Sea World. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, clean and tidy bathroom and large space, and the lake view room can enjoy the beautiful Jiulong Lake and garden scenery. The hotel buffet breakfast is rich and varied, the hotel service is also very considerate and thoughtful, the staff is warm and friendly, and the front desk Shushu is enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, people feel at home.

The hotel room facilities are well maintained, and the items are very complete, including a separate safe. The scenery of Chengbi Lake is beautiful and the people are more beautiful. The front desk service is very warm. I like Chaohu more, so they helped me apply for a Chaohu room. Thank you very much. They also gave me a gift when I checked in. I especially like to check in in Nanchang, so I can keep a souvenir. I look forward to the surprise of the next stay.

Facilities: Comprehensive and convenient! Cleanliness: The cleaning staff (Ayi) was very thorough and patient. Environment: You can see the Twin Towers at night, which is very comfortable, and the room layout is good. Service: On the day we arrived, a staff member helped us carry our luggage to our room, which was excellent 👍. The robot delivered our takeout quickly, very convenient! The front desk service was prompt and efficient.

Hotel was located quite far from the downtown. There was no deposit needed after booking & prepaying online. We got two rooms & both were very neat. It’s a new hotel actually and i was informed they begun service in August 2023 so everything in the room looked clean & new. Great service from the reception but the only downside was that they kept calling every moment to remind us to checkout before 12pm. It was very disturbing cuz i knew that information already. I spoke to the reception that I’ll be checking out at 6pm and i was given half night bill. By 5pm, they sent someone to my door to receive payment as if i was going to runaway!! This wasn’t pretty at all. Anyway, Facilities… they had a pressing iron & an ironing board for pressing clothes. I totally loved that. Food… i didn’t try their food so no review on that.

Regarding the environment: The room was very clean. The main thing was its proximity to Nanchang West Station, and the room had a beautiful view – I could just lie down and enjoy the lake view. Regarding the service: During my period, I called the front desk, and they promptly sent up sanitary pads and brown sugar. It felt very heartwarming. Regarding cleanliness: I stayed for several days, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily. One day, I accidentally pressed the 'Do Not Disturb' button, but the cleaning lady still went in. I only found out when the front desk called me. This attention to detail really put me at ease. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay, and it offered good value for money!

I went out with my friends on May Day. This hotel is close to the train station. There is also a subway to popular attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the lighting is dim, but the room is relatively large, with a living room, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. The only downside is that there are too few plugs, and there are none in the bedroom, which is very inconvenient. I hope it can be improved.
