The hotel lobby is very ancient. As a store in 5.0 throughout the season, I personally feel that this product is still very successful. The room is also equipped with a voice intelligent assistant. There is a self-service laundry room for 24 hours. It is very convenient. Next time I come to Nanchang, I still recommend this store.

Guest UserA hidden gem in Nanchang, offering incredible value for money! This hotel provides five-star service at the price of a regular chain hotel. From the moment I entered, every staff member – the lobby manager, guest services manager, front desk ladies, all restaurant staff, and even the housekeeping team – was incredibly warm, attentive, and meticulous. I truly felt at home! The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea from 2 PM until 11:30 PM, with a wide variety of options. The breakfast features many local Jiangxi specialties. One day I was in a rush and couldn't make it to breakfast, and the lobby manager proactively arranged for it to be packed and left at the front desk for me – so thoughtful! It's clear the hotel's management is top-notch, and the owner has a great vision. Five stars are a must!

Guest UserI recently stayed at this hotel in Nanchang, and the location is fantastic – right across from the subway station. The room was well-cleaned and even came with disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes, which was a nice touch. The in-room smart assistant was also super convenient to use. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge or particularly lavish, the Nanchang-style mixed noodles were absolutely delicious and just as good as what you'd find outside. I also appreciated that you need to use your room card to access the elevators, which made me feel very secure. Definitely recommend it; I'd choose to stay here again on my next trip to Nanchang!

HongpazhuI arrived at Nanchang West Station by high-speed rail after midnight, feeling exhausted and worried that checking in would be a hassle. To my surprise, the hotel lobby was still brightly lit, and the front desk attendant greeted us with energy and a warm smile. She processed our check-in incredibly quickly and even thoughtfully offered hot towels and warm water, instantly washing away the fatigue of our journey. The room's air conditioning had been turned on in advance, so it was wonderfully warm as soon as we entered. The bedding was neat and comfortable, and there were both soft and firm pillows to choose from – I had a truly restful sleep that night. When checking out, the front desk even proactively asked if I had slept well. Their service attitude was excellent throughout my stay. For those who frequently catch early morning or late-night high-speed trains, this place truly feels like a warm home. Even arriving late at night, you're treated with kindness. I highly recommend it to late-night travelers!

breakrabbitI booked this hotel because the rooms are really spacious, perfect for a family trip as there's plenty of room to move around. Both the hardware and software facilities are excellent, and I particularly loved the bath amenities. It's right next to Wan Shou Gong metro station, and there are lots of dining options nearby. Tengwang Pavilion is just a 10-minute walk away. It's lovely to visit Tengwang Pavilion at night in the summer to enjoy the sunset and evening glow.

RollingstoneHampton by Hilton Nanchang Stay Review
Overview:
I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city.
The Good:
1. Comfortable Rooms:
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets.
2. Facilities & Amenities:
The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.
3. Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables.
4. Service:
The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.
5. Location:
The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city.
The Drawbacks:
1. Room Size:
While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped.
2. Limited Dining Options:
While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery.
3. Noise:
Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the room itself was clean and tidy.
