Spa Hotels in Hamburg

The hotel is very good and clean. The front desk staff are very nice and enthusiastic. I was given drinking water when I checked out. When I checked in, the front desk staff accompanied me upstairs to tell me how to unlock the door, because I had to do two circles and then two circles on the right. I went out for a walk and came back to find that there was a turndown service. They cleaned it again, put up curtains, and laid white towels beside the bed and in the bathroom. The only flaw was that when I arrived, there were fruits and chocolates on the table, probably for two people. A male waiter came in and gave me a fruit plate and macarons, gave me a card, and asked me if I had a card before. I replied no, and he took away my previous fruit plate and chocolates. I was a little confused. There were much less things on this fruit plate. Everything else was very satisfactory

후기만큼 위치가 좋지는 않음. 지하철에서 가까운거리이나 가는길이 너무 어두워서 무서움. 바닥 카펫을 선호하지 않음. 1층 공사하고 있어서 호텔 들어서자마자 당황 스러움 가격이 비싸다고 생각되었음

The hotel is in a great location, close to two U-Bahn stations, making it easy to commute around the city and to and from the airport. We were there for the Christmas markets, and the one at St. Pauli was just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered slippers via the QR code, and they were brought to us within a few minutes. The suite was spacious and clean. The bedding was comfortable and we slept well. The only downside was the TV. We would have preferred a smart TV with internet access and Netflix.

Very retro, very classic European style room, large space, outside the window is the downtown street. The traffic is very convenient, very close to the subway station and the train station, just a few minutes walk. The room was clean and the outside environment was beautiful. Walking around, very happy, there is a cathedral, micro-world. There are restaurants and bars nearby. We went to eat German pig hands and drank German dark beer. It was pleasant. Very recommended! This time the choice is very wise ^_^

The hotel is modern and the service is good. Breakfast is also good. The location is a little out of the way.

Very nice service of them. The rooms are good and the view is nice! The infrastructure is well-constructed. The breakfast and restaurant are very, very good. I enjoy the food with a nice view. I appreciate their cooking and waiters' services! I recommended all if you like the Harbor view,you can choose this hotel to stay! There are many taxi so you no need to call Uber ! If you want to walk to the art museum, it is easy! On the way, YOU can discover many restaurants ate here! No worry, you will be hungry!

The location is good and next to the Hagenbeck zoo, also the hotel guests can have 20% off for the zoo park ticket. The hotel is with different animals Theme and different continents for different floors. Breakfast buffet is good with variety of choice.

Ein Super Hotel für ein Wochenendtrip in Hamburg, es ist zentral gelegen und gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Die Zimmer sind geräumig etwas kalt eingerichtet aber Geschmackssache. Man hat alles was man brauch und es ist sauber! Das Frühstück bietet eine kleine aber abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mein absolutes Lieblingshotel. Super Service, Sauberkeit und ein top Fitnessstudio. Ich fühle mich immer wohl. Schade, dass das Personal nach sieben Aufenthalten alleine in diesem Jahr nicht etwas persönlicher wird und jedes Mal wieder denkt, wir seien das erste Mal hier. Junge und nette Leute, aber keine familiäre Atmosphäre.
