"The location is very central, the breakfast was really good. The room was too hot even putting the AC to the max (technically you did not feel that the AC was running at all) - but opening the window was not an option, because the street was noisy. The garage entrance will be a bit narrow if you have a bigger car and they have limited number of parking spots available, the fee is 38€/daywhich is a bit too much in my opinion."

"The location is fantastic in my opinion! There are good connections to the subway and commuter rail, and the bus stop is just around the corner. Buses run every 20 minutes. The food at the hotel is good for the price. The reception staff is very friendly. The room was clean, except for the dusty windowsill, hence only 4 stars for cleanliness. I can't comment on breakfast, as we didn't have it. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the hotel. So, for the price, it's excellent!"

"Super convenient, whether you're heading to the airport or the city center, it's just a three-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Amazingly, there are three decent-sized supermarkets within 100 meters. For food, Arabian BBQ is the main option (and it's delicious), but there's also an Asian buffet nearby that's around €20 for lunch and €30 for dinner. If you're into fitness, TRU Fitness is close by, and a day pass is only €10, which is a great deal. The hotel doesn't have a water dispenser, and you only get one large complimentary bottle of water, but the front desk said the tap water is drinkable. Conclusion: I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hamburg."

"I chose the hotel because of its cheap price, close location to Hamburg Hbf and free breakfast. As others mentioned, the location is shady and feels unsafe. But I only stayed here one night - arrived in the evening and left early morning in the day after. The room is small and clean, just sufficient for a short stay. I had a good sleep and the breakfast was a good deal too. My Economy room was located on the 5th floor, and the elevator stops at 4th, so be ready if you have big luggages."

"It was very strange that the key card here uses a red light and multiple beeps to open the room door. Normally, hotels would just have a green light and one beep to enter. Here, you have to wait for the light and beeps to finish flashing before you can enter. At first, I thought the key card wasn't working, so I went to the front desk to ask for a new card or a different room. It was very comfortable, and I appreciated the glow-in-the-dark star stickers on the ceiling. However, there were no tissues provided, and no laundry service."

"Most of all, thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Weise, who are the most nicest and really polite, warmly service-mind staffs in Germany we've ever met. They really made our trip in Hamburg nicely staying there. The hotel, itself is not that much fantastic but still kinda standard of Accor. The receptionist on our day, one was quite not on nice behaviour but she made it equally to every one, with the voice tone not polite enough. Overall of service, other staffs were nice. Pillows must be improved, but ved was pretty good. Shower 🚿 was not that strong but not that bad. We've been at the newer one near hbf branch last year, so it's much different atmosphere. So thank you so much for your kindly service-mind to us Mr.& Mrs. Weise. You're the best of hotel! Best, Micha&Tata"
