"The location is very central, the breakfast was really good. The room was too hot even putting the AC to the max (technically you did not feel that the AC was running at all) - but opening the window was not an option, because the street was noisy. The garage entrance will be a bit narrow if you have a bigger car and they have limited number of parking spots available, the fee is 38€/daywhich is a bit too much in my opinion."

"Nice hotel not far away from the Harbour attractions of Hamburg. The hotel staff was very kind and upon my request changed our room because of a bad odor from the restroom. The breakfast is pretty good with lots of choices. The hotel has an underground parking lot which is 30 euros for visitors and 20 euros for guests, still pretty expensive considering the hotel costs of about a hundred euros per night. But in general a good hotel experience. One bonus is the free drinks of the room bar, including two beers!"

"This shouldn't be rated five stars. Compared to hotels in major domestic cities, both the service and hardware are inferior to something like 'All Season Hotel'. It's more on par with an Intercontinental's Holiday Inn. But the service? It's probably worse than a three-star hotel. I dislike bringing up regional differences in service, so I'll just state the objective facts: 1. I've never encountered a hotel, not even a B&B, that would just assign a different room type than what was booked without so much as a greeting or an explanation. I was so exhausted that I didn't even have the energy to communicate or request a room change after entering the room, so I'll just give a bad review. I booked a king-sized bed, but when I walked in, it was clearly two single beds. I don't mind, but at least say something! 2. Hardware: Is this room a renovation? There's a door in the middle of the room connecting to the adjacent room, secured only by two simple locks. It seems the person on the other side could also open it, just like me. If you're going to renovate, why not do it thoroughly? What's the point of having a door that anyone can open? (See picture) 3. Hygiene: There were quite a few towels, but hardly any were clean. Most had disgusting stains. (See picture) 4. The uncle who helped store my luggage at the entrance had a great service attitude. I gave him a 5 euro tip. The front desk staff maintained politeness and respect, but it's nowhere near a five-star hotel experience. 5. The location is acceptable. 6. I booked this quite last minute, and the price was reasonable. Booking in advance might offer better rates. Around 1500 per night in Europe could be considered cheap, but please don't brand it as a 5-star hotel. It's truly misleading."

"The hotel is very close to Hamburg train station, a ten-minute walk away, and also convenient for visiting other attractions in the city. The swimming pool is currently under renovation and unavailable. The room is spacious, but the pillows are a bit too high."

"Hotel is located very near to train station. Stayed for 3 nights and we love this place. Breakfast is delicious though the same everyday, hope they can improve through alternating the breakfast menu. Gym is spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping is decent and beds are comfy. Counter staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice hotel which we highly recommend."

"Everything was perfect: the location, the spaciousness, and the hospitality. The rooms have a small kitchenette and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, making them ideal for extended stays. The access is excellent, just a one-minute walk from the Rödingsmarkt subway station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The grand lobby and luxurious breakfast were also impressive. It truly offers great value for money."

"The suite room is large, the welcome snacks are not bad, the executive lounge is a bit sloppy. The location is excellent, next to the train station subway, the door is the business district. There are also Chinese restaurants and pancake fruit nearby. Without their own garage, parking has to take a few steps to the safety garage they recommend. The parking fee is very expensive, after all, the city center."

"The hotel is very good and clean. The front desk staff are very nice and enthusiastic. I was given drinking water when I checked out. When I checked in, the front desk staff accompanied me upstairs to tell me how to unlock the door, because I had to do two circles and then two circles on the right. I went out for a walk and came back to find that there was a turndown service. They cleaned it again, put up curtains, and laid white towels beside the bed and in the bathroom. The only flaw was that when I arrived, there were fruits and chocolates on the table, probably for two people. A male waiter came in and gave me a fruit plate and macarons, gave me a card, and asked me if I had a card before. I replied no, and he took away my previous fruit plate and chocolates. I was a little confused. There were much less things on this fruit plate. Everything else was very satisfactory"
