"Check-in is at 3 PM, we arrived at 2 PM, and the room wasn't ready until 5:30 PM. Check-in was a bit slow, the room was damp and had a musty smell, the toilet paper was very thin, and the soundproofing was terrible. Breakfast had a wide variety of options."

Guest UserBeautiful beachfront property with excellent rooms and super comfortable beds. The food was varied, plentiful, and delicious, though perhaps a wider selection of fruit would be nice. There's a large pool with lots of slides and plenty of comfy sun loungers. The entertainment team was really good – present from morning till night, but not at all intrusive. There are three great all-inclusive bars that open in shifts. If you walk about 3 minutes either left or right outside, you'll find long bars and discos, or you can take a 5-minute taxi ride to Agadir for more venues. During the day, haggle for a maximum of 3 euros per ride.

Friendly staff- huge room with a great view & nice Pool area. The Pool boy kerps everything very clean. Only problem the rooftop bar next door. It was so loud... beach is very close- taxis are everywhere- so yoiu could easily get around. Sunset from the balcony was amazing!

This hotel is the most cost-effective among star-rated hotels. The breakfast is particularly rich. You can choose vegetables, fruit juices, and freshly squeezed juices. They are particularly delicious. The cuisine is rich and varied. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. It is very convenient to go to the beach. The completely private coast, pool bar, and seaside spa are all very French in style, romantic and elegant. The butler service is so thoughtful and meticulous. I am very happy to stay for two nights. The experience is particularly great.

Normal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked.
Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions.
There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit.
But it 's on the coast as a whole.

Guest UserGood experience overall, shower head had an issue and water would leak out of the shower but that wasn't much of an issue. Shower gel and shampoo were not that good in our opinion. Can also complain about the padel rackets and balls provided for the courts were awful, and you could only book a court 30mins per day which is not that much.
At the pool, lots of noise and loud music wasn't very enjoyable most of the time for us, as we prefer something a bit calmer and more relaxing. Too much Zumba and related music, if you don't enjoy this like us, takes away from the experience a lot.
Apart from this stay was enjoyable, pool was nice and clean, beach was good, food was good and had a lot of variety, pastries were really nice, most of the employees were very nice and engaged with us a lot of the time. Would recommend the hotel to anyone interested in coming to Agadir.

JodyBuntingThe hotel is great value for money. The food on offer is varied and delicious, however you should attend the buffets as soon as they open. The location near the beach is like a dream, I highly recommend a sea view so you can hear the waves. The refurbished rooms are very modern. The service from the animation team is good. The rest of the staff are very unhappy and unfriendly, especially reception and the bar tenders as they are understaffed by the management.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff at reception and security.
Beautiful room with cleaning done.
Quite far from the beach.
Nice swimming pool but too bad the club next door plays loud music late at night.
Hearty breakfast but organization needs to be reviewed to avoid waiting.
Very nice gym but paid for, too bad it's not included in the price of the room like many other hotels.

Guest UserThe hotel location and food absolutely fab. Would recommend and come again.
But unfortunately the bar was away from the restaurant even going for a cup of tea was hard.
As i am a wheelchair user was hard. I went to reception to ask for a wheelchair i was sent to enquiries. Which only had 2 wheelchairs available in the 3 hotels. One was being used the second was available. The rim was on but the the wheel was off and no foot rest. Unfortunately for safety reasons i didn’t take it. For 7 days i had been waiting for it to be fixed but no. Then the option they gave me was hiring one which was costing far too much for a day!!!
