I appreciated the adjustments that the hotel did to make our stay comfortable - from the pillow and towel requests, the expedited check-in and the apology an attention of one of the managers, I would book Swissotel again!

I had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenient—just minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotel’s facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and high‑speed WiFi that’s ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.

My three-day stay at the Clark Hilton was excellent overall, with the facilities and service particularly standing out. Regarding the amenities, the hotel's swimming pool is quite spacious, and lifeguards are always on duty, which significantly enhances the safety and peace of mind for water activities. Although I didn't actually use the gym this trip, the staff proactively and kindly provided information about it. Similarly, even though I didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, the overall environment and ambiance still left a very good impression. In terms of service quality, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, which made me feel quite relaxed. Back in the room, the only minor drawback was that the water pressure for showering was a bit low. However, fortunately, the hot water temperature was perfectly adequate, so it didn't really affect the overall showering experience. In summary, my three-day stay was satisfying, with both the service and facilities performing excellently.

Clark Marriott Hotel surprisingly exceeded my expectations! The staffs were absolutely amazing and gave us 2 day free lounge access during our stay. The spa facilities were my favorite from the sauna, cold ice dispenser to cool down our face using a face cloth, jacuzzi and heated chairs! The outdoor pool is also nice and there's a bar for you to order drinks and food. The hotel is situated next to the casino and you can access it directly as its joined. There are also local Pampangan restaurants nearby which is only a walking distance away!

We had a great stay! Our room was clean, beautiful and spacious. We super enjoyed the bath tub in the balcony. The staff are all very friendly, quick and accommodating. The gym is also surprisingly nice. And oh, we totally love the Japanese toilet! We just have a few comments for improvement. The welcome drink should have an option to be delivered to the room. We were not able to get it, since the rain was pouring until the evening, and going out to the bar is not very convenient. Also, the elevator to the pool/gym smells funky. The basement parking is not giving 5 star hotel vibes. Lastly, it was not clear that the breakfast buffet is a semi-buffet only. Overall, we definitley had an amazing stay.

Exceptional Stay and had an amazing experience at the glory Hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and good design. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location is good. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel for the price, compared to the neighbouring ones. Only complaint is the air con is very noisy and must run medium speed full time at 18 degree to cool the large room, the gym is very small, and the parking ramp is too steep and scrapes your car bumper going down.

We stayed in the hotel for a day. We came from New Clark City, where we participated in the veterans' track and field competition. We chose one closer to Clark SM to make it more convenient to go to Manila airport. If you walk, then SM Clark is less than 1500 m away. The staff greeted us kindly and helped us bring our things into the room. Presidential Suite is a great name for the room. The furniture and household appliances are very old and noisy. The room consists of two levels: on the ground floor there is a dining area, toilet and shower, on the second there is a bedroom. There is an electric stove in the kitchen, but we didn’t use it, we only heated tea. There is a refrigerator in which we hid all the food from insects. Bed linen is clean. two double beds. There are sconces and sockets for charging phones above the beds. Bonus - there are large cockroaches running around on the first floor and there are a lot of small ants in the toilet. The shower has cold and hot water and a set of towels. There is a small pool with cool water in the lobby. There is a table and chairs for a comfortable rest. For a short trip, budget accommodation, the conditions correspond to the price. :

From the moment she arrived, she was impressed by the warm hospitality, beautiful décor, and comfortable accommodations. The staff made her feel welcomed and valued, and the amenities exceeded her expectations. She especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. It was exactly the kind of getaway she needed after her studies, and she truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.
