The room had no bottle of drinking water, but it was issued on the receptacle at request. There were also no channels on TV. In the rest of the normal hotel, conveniently located (a few minutes walk to the Shukhov Tower, the collective farm market and the Ark City). On the contrary - a small grocery store with a very nice seller.

AyakaeruI stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip. On my last day, my train schedule suddenly changed, departing an hour earlier. Even though it was early in the morning, I requested a transfer from the hotel to the train station. The staff member who checked me in was incredibly kind and helpful; despite my limited English, she made a great effort to understand me, and I really appreciated her hospitality.
The driver who took me to the station was also very safe, and I was so grateful for the early morning ride.
The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel had minimal amenities, so bringing your own toothbrush set is a must. Also, there was a distinctive scent throughout the hotel, but I got used to it after a few days. The shower had a slight sewage smell, but only when first turned on.
I really enjoyed listening to the beautiful violin performances every evening, and being able to watch YouTube in my room was a nice touch.

Alison’s Silk Road TravelsI decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. I’ve also added the places I visited while staying there. I have already added a lot of images to my last feedback if you want to check it out.

The guide was not good, and it was only sweet food by sharing the things on the table.

A very beautiful hotel with excellent service, in a walk-in from the old city. We have a family room consisting of two standards connected to the inter-room door, very convenient for 4 people! The room has all the necessary, good repair and comfortable furniture. On the respiratory has helped with all the issues - booking a table in the restaurant, carrying out exchange of currency and so on. The only thing that was a little bit upset - quite modest compared to Hiva and Samarkand breakfast, hot dishes were few, baking in factory packaging, but not bad coffee.
