The service was wonderful, the location couldn’t be better, and the view from our river-side room was absolutely breathtaking. There were a couple of oddities—like having to ask for soap and no towels provided (only a bunch of paper towels and condoms were available, which was confusing). However, the hotel turned out to be great despite my initial reservations. A few nice surprises made up for it: the packed breakfast and the cute keyring at checkout was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Plus, it was easy to arrange shared onward transport right outside the hotel.

A beautiful hotel with amazing surroundings. The room was lovely and comfortable and the courtyard is gorgeous. The staff were fantastic and very kind and generous. We had everything we needed and they went out of their way to help us. The room price included a big breakfast and dinner was available for a reasonable price. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely amazing 1 night at this place and wish we could of stayed more if we weren’t in a rush to do our road trip. The owners and even the construction workers were so friendly, we especially loved the owners little 4 month old puppy who we played with for hours The room was very clean and a comfortable bed. We also got offered dinner (unfortunately we had already ate before going) but we did get breakfast and it was nice! The rooftop area is absolutely beautiful aswell Will highly recommend and maybe in the future stay again if we come back to china Thank you so much again, you were wonderful 🙏❤️

We had the most pleasant stay here. The guesthouse was a little hard to find in the dark, so the owner came outside to the parking to pick us up and even carried my bag. He was very welcoming, considerate and helpful during our stay. We had everything we needed, the room was beautifully decorated and clean. The provided traditional breakfast was outstanding (corn bread, rice porridge, cooked eggplant, cucumber salad and sour cabbage)! Most of the ingredients come fresh out of the garden. There is also a menu with many other delicious dishes that you can order for lunch and dinner. When we left, the owner organized the transport for us back to Danba and took us to the ”station”. We highly recommend staying in this wonderful guesthouse and gorgeous little town Jiaju!

A simple wooden hut with public toilets. It is in Dangling Village. The small village is not commercialized and there are no supermarkets and restaurants. Breakfast and dinner are home-cooked dishes made by the Tibetan landlady. Advance booking is required. There are marmots in the temple opposite the hut. There are marmots in the surrounding area. There are wild hot springs and hiking trails. Due to time constraints, we only went to the wild hot spring trails. It happened to be the mushroom season and we experienced the joy of picking mushrooms. It was a pleasant trip.

We took a local taxi from Siguniang (400rmb for two). The guesthouse in Zhonglu village is wonderful, fresh air with a great view all around. The boss and the lady are very friendly. We were given Chinese pears, plums and apples from their garden on arrival and after check out. The breakfast and dinner were great as mentioned by other reviewers. We walked on a very nice loop road, passing a viewing platform, seeing several watchtowers on the way as well. The boss called us a taxi (70rmb) to Danba bus station. We are so glad to stay in Zhonglu instead of Danba.

The closest inn to the Huluhai hike. The owner was very welcoming and even called to give directions when we took the wrong turn. The cooking is also excellent. 👍 The calf at home always wants to come in and ask for food, which is really cute.
