"While we enjoy everything about the hotel, and it is super convenient next to Sendai JR Station, our check-in experience hasn't been good. The staff can understand and speak very limited English, even with google translator, it is difficult to communicate with them. The room may be small but it is rather comfortable. It also took us sometimes to locate the hotel as we got out from the JR station's North exit, but once on the street, the hotel is very visible."

"I had a wonderful stay at Ryokan Tsukasa in Sendai. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. My room was beautifully designed in the style of a traditional Japanese house, and I had the unique experience of sleeping on the floor like a true Japanese. I also loved wearing the traditional robe provided in the room — it added an authentic touch to the stay. Everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this ryokan to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Sendai!"

GGuest UserIndependent of a building, very close to Sendai Station. The room is quite large, bigger than similar hotels in Tokyo. The front desk service is good and can communicate in English. There is an Indian restaurant on the first floor, you can buy it for breakfast, we did not buy, because there are more choices in Sendai Station. Suitable for living with children. It is recommended that Ito's beef tongue in Sendai Station, the first evaluation of the Japanese network, is indeed well-deserved, recommended thick cut
