Newly opened and conveniently located near Sendai Morning Market, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business guests.
"The room, bed, bathroom, and TV were all fantastic and new. They don't clean for stays of three days or less (which suited me perfectly). It's right next to the morning market, and the area is very quiet. It's close to Aoba-dori Station and Sendai Station, and it's not a long walk to Aoba-dori shopping street and Don Quijote. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The air conditioning in the room was great. The only downside might be the curtain situation (it's a full blackout roller blind with only open or closed settings, so if you want to see the view, you'll definitely see the school and students across the way). After just one stay, I'm already a fan of this hotel (I immediately looked up where else they have locations in Japan). I'm looking forward to staying again!"

"The hotel seems to be a converted apartment. The staff downstairs were very polite and greeted us every time we passed by. The location is convenient with several bus stops nearby, and it only takes 10 minutes to reach Sendai Station. The room size is quite large, and what surprised me most was that the bathroom and toilet were separate, and there was even an entrance hall, making it much bigger than a typical hotel room! However, the downside is that the hotel's services are quite limited. I stayed here for four nights and initially planned to have them clean the room daily, but after being told it wasn't possible, I arranged for cleaning every two days. Yet, they didn't clean it even then. The trash in the room just kept piling up, which was quite disappointing."

"Overall, the hotel's location is very convenient. For guests with large luggage, it's great as it's easy to get to from SPAL or the nearby Grand Hyatt Hotel. Inside the room, there's still space to move around even after laying out two large suitcases. The refrigerator has separate sections for regular chilled food and a freezer, which is fantastic – you can store ice cream you buy back to the hotel and eat it later. The only minor issue is that the blinds by the window let in some light, which can feel a bit lacking in privacy from the street, but it's fine if you don't sit right by the window."
