"The hotel's location is excellent. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building, which also houses the Shinkansen and JR stations. Inside the building, you'll find plenty of dining options, a supermarket, and shops. The surrounding area is bustling with even more shopping malls. It's incredibly convenient on a rainy day, as you can spend half the day exploring without even stepping outside. It's also super easy for train travel; just go downstairs, and you're there, saving time on commuting and waiting. The breakfast is also quite diverse."

"I had an excellent stay at Sendai Washington Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making for a very pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing us to settle in quickly. One feature I particularly appreciated was the bathroom, which offered both a separate shower area and a bathtub, giving guests the option of a quick shower or a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily return. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the furnishings in the room. I would have preferred a proper work desk instead of the small coffee table provided, as it would have been more practical for guests who need a comfortable space to work, write, or organize their travel plans. The location was another highlight of our stay. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from Sendai Station, making it extremely convenient for travellers. The area around the station offers a wide range of amenities, including restaurants, cafes, local markets, shopping malls, and the bus terminal. We also boarded the Loople Sendai sightseeing bus from the terminal, which was a great way to explore and get an overview of the city's main attractions."

"Facilities: From the hotel lobby to the rooms, everything felt comfortable, elegant, and grand. Environment: It's a convenient 5-10 minute walk from Sendai Station, and there's a 7-Eleven right on the first floor. Plus, the famous Gyutan (beef tongue) restaurant, Zenjirou, is right next door. Sendai Morning Market is also just around the corner. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast service was top-notch."

"The location of the hotel is convenient just walk along sky walk through AER building you will see the hotel.The room is bigger than the other hotel we stayed during this 13 day trip. We stayed here for 2 nights. The first day of our stay, 2 water bottles, set of green tea and coffee were provided in the room. Because we would like to save the environment so we agreed with the hotel not to change towel and bed sheet.The the second day nothing was provided only garbage picking. But my friend's room was different . Everything was provided because they didn't say anything. Even we didn't want to change bed sheet or towel but we still want to drink coffee or tea. So we were confused with the hotel service.Anyway we still recommended this hotel to anyone who come to Sendai."

"Location wise it is convenient to walk from Senda station and shopping street. Spacious room. Lots of amenities available at the lobby. A surprise of having packs of Japanese dashi as gifts and we enjoyed it"

"Great stay. Everything was great, self-check-in machine was very convenient and easy to use. I had actually left my luggage at the hotel before checking in. When I came back, my luggage was already waiting for me in my room. I was honestly so surprised by this service. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The room was compact, but the space was used very efficiently. There were two bottles of water provided, and there was storage space under the bed. The location isn’t very close to a JR station, but it’s surrounded by restaurants, and shopping street. I really loved this hotel and would definitely stay at a Mitsui hotel again!"
