My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. "Traveling solo to Sendai for an ice show, and this hotel was such a comfortable base for my first trip! It's super close to Sendai Station, with a convenience store and restaurants right downstairs. Plus, there's a Don Quijote and Daiso nearby, so you could easily spend a lot of happy time just exploring the immediate area. The facilities are great too; you can grab disposable toiletries yourself, and both the desk area and bathroom were really comfortable."

"I forgot to take photos, but overall the room was incredibly cramped, barely fitting two small beds. However, the management was very well-organized. The mattresses were comfortable, and the cotton sheets were clean, hygienic, and soft against the skin. I stayed for four days, and the bedding was changed daily. Bottled water was also provided. This was the best sleep I had during my entire trip to Japan."

"We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel."

"The hotel's location is excellent; it's right by the Kōtōdaikōen subway station. Across the street, you'll find Mitsukoshi Department Store and a shopping arcade, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel room was a decent size, and overall cleanliness was good, though the windowsill had some dust when I checked in, perhaps due to a rushed cleaning. Also, there was no air purifier in the room. Overall, it's still quite good. The front desk staff were very friendly, and breakfast was nice too."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. Coincidentally, it was during a Japanese long weekend, and the room rate for two nights skyrocketed from over 800 to nearly 1500 yuan. The bed also downsized from 1.6m to 1.4m. My experience declined, but that's not the hotel's fault, it's my wallet's fault."

"The room was small but clean. It's very close to the station and also within walking distance of the main shopping street where you can see the big posters. The AER observation deck is right next door. I was so surprised by how extensive the breakfast buffet was – for this price, it's really great value for money!"

"It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new. Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and return it to us. Very grateful to the receptionist and staff(namely加藤) found the lost socks."
