Sendai Hotels with Wifi

"We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel."

"Was this building originally intended for single occupants? Actually, I liked that; the room was very spacious and comfortable. I'd love to stay there again!"

"Fantastic hotel in a very convenient location. It is close to everything, including Sendai Station, shops, and bus stops, with several convenience stores nearby. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It had live music, free refreshments for guests after 3 p.m., and live piano performances in the afternoon. In the morning, there was live organ music, which created a very special atmosphere. The staff were always polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great views."

"The hotel location is near the shopping mall and 5-10 minutes from the Sendai Station. However,I will not recommend this hotel If you have rented a car for your trip as the hotel does not have its own car park. There are 3 shared car parks near the hotel and they are quite full on Sat and Sun."

"The location of the hotel is convenient just walk along sky walk through AER building you will see the hotel.The room is bigger than the other hotel we stayed during this 13 day trip. We stayed here for 2 nights. The first day of our stay, 2 water bottles, set of green tea and coffee were provided in the room. Because we would like to save the environment so we agreed with the hotel not to change towel and bed sheet.The the second day nothing was provided only garbage picking. But my friend's room was different . Everything was provided because they didn't say anything. Even we didn't want to change bed sheet or towel but we still want to drink coffee or tea. So we were confused with the hotel service.Anyway we still recommended this hotel to anyone who come to Sendai."

"The accommodation is within walking distance to the subway. The cleanliness is good. The receptionist / Font is very good and helpful. But I would like to deduct points for the restaurant service because my family and I ** paid for additional breakfast coupons. But disappointed with the service of some staff in the restaurant. On the last day, I came down to the restaurant later than the other days, which was at 9.10 am. At that time, I was the only one in the restaurant. And a female staff who is quite old usually wears black. Arranged plates + spoons + placed things very loudly many times, which is different from every day. At first, I thought she might have dropped it. But when the staff walked close to the table where I was eating, the staff slammed the rice pot and closed it very loudly and looked at me. Let me know that she was not satisfied with something. * That made me very confused. I only took soup + 1 piece of bread. I never left food or took a lot to eat. And the breakfast service time at the hotel is from 7.00 - 10.00 am. I spent my breakfast in a hurry. Only 5-7 minutes. In fact, if the staff wants to clean up before the deadline, they can politely tell me that they will clean up within ..... It's better than pressuring me in this way because it feels very bad with this service. ** I don't want excellent service, just the general standard that it should be. **"

"The hotel is quite nice, about a 10-minute walk from the station, which is convenient for shopping. Mitsui Department Store is nearby, just across the street. The hotel has a large public bath, which is great for a relaxing soak after a day out. Just try to avoid peak hours."

"The staff were incredibly attentive. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was so quiet with excellent natural light. The large bathroom was a real plus – very comfortable! Thank you. I'd love to come back and stay for a few more days next time. The location is super convenient, right next to Sendai Station."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the shopping street, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the JR station. The breakfast is quite varied, with one or two dishes updated daily, plus fresh oranges available, which is really nice."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated how the bath and luggage storage areas were separate from the capsule area, which made for a much quieter and more restful stay compared to other similar facilities. There were also plenty of showers, sinks, and hairdryers, so I never felt like it was crowded. Another nice touch was that each guest received their own bath mat. This kept the changing rooms clean and dry, which was a pleasant surprise. My only minor complaint was that my capsule felt a bit cold. Even with thermal underwear under the provided loungewear, I woke up in the middle of the night because of the chill. It would be even more comfortable if blankets were available for rent or if the room temperature could be adjusted."
