"The hotel's location is excellent. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building, which also houses the Shinkansen and JR stations. Inside the building, you'll find plenty of dining options, a supermarket, and shops. The surrounding area is bustling with even more shopping malls. It's incredibly convenient on a rainy day, as you can spend half the day exploring without even stepping outside. It's also super easy for train travel; just go downstairs, and you're there, saving time on commuting and waiting. The breakfast is also quite diverse."

"Truly a 10/10 experience. The interior is just as aesthetic and spacious as the pictures suggest. It’s perfectly situated near public transport, making it so easy to get around, yet it remains peaceful and quiet with zero street noise. The room was spotless and had a fresh, clean scent. This wasn't my first time staying here, and it certainly won't be my last. I’ll be recommending this spot to all my friends!"

"Amazing hotel with great service. All the amenities provided are top notch, and perhaps being a business hotel, it comes with everything imaginable in your room. Fridge, water kettle, pajamas, notepad and pen, alarm clock (yes, analog Casio), USB C-A converter because the bed still has USB A socket, takubin (luggage delivery) forms, trouser press, shoe brush, etc, etc. I think their motto is don't wait until the guest ask for it, just make sure it's available. They really anticipated everything. Starbucks and 711 on the 1st floor. Wanted to try the restaurant on the 13th floor, but because I had no reservation, and there were already many people there, sadly they turned me away."

"The hotel is conveniently located just right outside of the train station (shinkansen west exit) and it’s linked to the shopping malls that are around the stations. The bus stops are just below as well, good if you are taking a bus out or if you joined day trips departing from Sendai. The hotel is also very comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly."

"Although the room was small, it was very clean and had everything I needed. Toiletries could be picked up on the first floor. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Parking was convenient for self-drivers, as there's a surface parking lot right across the street. It's also close to the morning market, and there are various fresh rice balls (onigiri) sold right next door in the mornings."

"3/Apr/2026 Reception is helpful even though we arrived at 11am, she helped to store our luggages snd gave full explanation. Close to Sendai station but aware of losing direction so be sure to ask local for direction first when heading to hotel. Breakfast is excellent and those ladies worked in the canteen were professional. Quiet and sleep well. Lots of amenities were placed near the elevator at G/F. Lucky that day were sunny so using the Loople bus to get around but the next day (4/Apr/2026 Unfortunately it rained and getting cold at Matsshima"

"A very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good. Thanks for hosting me"

"VVery nice hostel in a good location near train station..Have an Onsen, microwave, hot water, a place to sit down and eat or working at your floor..not have a fridge. I came too early, because of my train from Tokyo (around 1.30 pm) and i need to wait until 3 pm for check in. Beds ready, clean ready...but need to waiting the check in time..and it'fair isn't. The only problem was they start check in process 5-7 mins before 3 pm and they was very slowly and not professional...my time for check in it was 3.15 pm if not more...one of the last check in there. And this happened especialy because one disrespectful girl, she was determined to delay the proceedings—even more than others already had. Ugly and disrespectful attitude, make me lose time everytime..she had and fun about this when i explain her i not appreciateher jokes. She, as well as all the others, either doesn't know how to speak English or doesn't want to... just simple words, like ”key.” I expected more from one hotel (or hostel) in Japan. I was disappointed with the choice of this hostel. It is very difficult to find the hotel without help, as its name is written only in Japanese. The bed is very hard; it feels like sitting or sleeping on a wooden plank."
