⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Our stay at Selendra Suites was absolutely wonderful! Location: If you're looking for a quiet, laid-back vacation in Baguio away from the busy city center, I highly recommend this place. The area is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, yet still very accessible. We had no trouble booking Grab rides at any time of the day or night, with an average wait time of less than 4 minutes. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything was squeaky clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Accuracy: The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful the place is in person. The balcony ambiance and view were spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Communication: Maryam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She provided clear instructions and was always available whenever we had questions. Overall Experience: We highly recommend this place! What made our stay even more special was that it was my partner's birthday, and Maryam graciously agreed to help arrange a simple birthday surprise setup for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality. Pleasantly Surprised! A Great Family Stay We stayed at Inn Rocio from July 6 to 8, and it exceeded our expectations. As a family, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the family room, which gave us plenty of space to move around comfortably. The amenities provided were great and met all our needs. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff warmly accommodated us from check-in to check-out and made us feel truly welcome. Additionally, the location is wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We highly recommend Inn Rocio for families looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Baguio. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay here. Very accessible to Burnham Park and on the main road. Offers free parking. Staff are welcoming. Easy check-in. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious.

We recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee. Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv. However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it. One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations. Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 Our stay at Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) in Baguio was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were consistently polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which really made a difference in our overall experience. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city. The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk. What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus. Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The staff are all nice and friendly as they allowed us to leave our belongings on the reception area since we arrived early as the check in time is 2pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags even after our check in at 12 nn because we still roam around Baguio and left at night. The room service is also kind of good as we manage to get a help in setting up the hot shower. The room is also clean and worthy of the price you paid since we did not stay much at the hotel as we most the time outside while the location is kind of far from Burnham park but it is just near the La trinidad benguet and few blocks aways from Bell church which is also a great place to visit. The only issue we had is the service water as it seems to have an after taste and the breakfast that did not manage to finish because it also has a aftertaste. Overall the stay is good.

I actually enjoyed staying here since it's very accessible but the thing is i avail the backpackers and since it's my first time to avail this kind of room i wasn't informed that i will be having roommates lol so before you book make sure that you do your research but anyways that service was good the staff was very accomodating.

The room is suitable for families (we are 5) with enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable, and the bed sheets and towels were clean, although the towels looked a bit worn and were not the quality I expected. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and equipped with a hot shower. One thing to note is that there is ongoing renovation work and the construction noise can be heard from inside the room. The rooms are also not very soundproof, so you may hear other guests walking or talking in the corridor. On the positive side, the restaurant was excellent and the staff provided great service throughout our stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers. Just don't expect luxury amenities or a staycation type experience. It's a good option if you're mainly looking for a comfortable place to sleep while exploring the area.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
