For a two star hotel it has good value. They provide complimentary coffee and pastries for breakfast. They has a coin operated washer and dryer for your convenience. The local is great right off the freeway and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. . The rooms are clean, mattress is in good condition with a personal fridge and microwave. Overall a safe neighborhood and friendly staff with good security and parking.

The place was alil unprofessional

Everything was about right, except the breakfast. The Clariion offered a variety of cereals, but no milk.for the cereal. The vast majority of cereal eaters add milk to this dish. Something minor and possibly a personal sensitivity is that a hotel was once traditionally supposed to be a home away from home and guest were to be welcomed as hosts would wanted guests. In my several contacts with the front desk, I was treated properly and competently but not welcomed, not with a smile and wishes that I enjoy the hotel. Doing what I'm suggesting wouldn't cost the Clarion anything, but it would likely make your guests more likely to return.

Service is very good, forgot the passport at the front desk, immediately the waiter notified, and a good breakfast

It was hot af in the rooms and you couldn’t open the windows on the 2nd floor nor open the balcony door trash

The location is excellent, the hotel is within 1 minute of the exchange lane, and the check-in is also completed within 1 minute. It is a good choice for those who want to rest quickly. The service staff is very kind.

The room was clean and the appliances, plumbing and TV were all in good working condition.

The location is on the roadside, the environment is general, the price is expensive, and the price is not cheap in the Bay Area

Room smelled musty probably because of the old carpet. Lamps in the nightstand were dusty and the microwave had rust inside so we didn’t feel safe using it. Towels were too thin but everything else was ok. Location is good. If you’re picky with where you’re staying at I wouldn’t recommend it but for visiting a family and don’t have other choice then yes.

Service is okay, haven't tried the food but they neglected to tell me that there's no soap at the hotel before I purchase my room
