Facilities: Excellent! Although it's in the mountains, the facilities are comparable to those in the city. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy! The owner is very attentive, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Environment: Fantastic environment! 👍 The hotel is located in the mountains, shrouded in mist, with fresh air and exceptional tranquility. Perfect for a relaxing vacation! The basement level houses the owner's own wine cellar, which is incredibly fragrant and pure! The first floor is the lobby, decorated very warmly with a plush teddy bear and a TV. The owner is friendly, and the hotel doesn't have the rigid formality of city hotels; it feels like being in your own living room. You can even cook in the lobby, and the owner thoughtfully provided fruit and snacks—we were pleasantly surprised. On the second floor, there's a bookshelf along the right wall. Upstairs, there are three rooms and a small balcony with excellent natural light. Our room was on the second floor, and despite being in the mountains, it didn't feel damp. The third and fourth floors both have large balconies, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the view. Service: I've traveled many times for business and leisure, staying in numerous hotels and guesthouses, but this stay was absolutely the best ever! First of all, the overall environment was truly excellent, making me feel very relaxed. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly kind and considerate, paying attention to every detail. She recommended some great places to visit and even gave us complimentary food. It should be called a guesthouse, not a hotel; calling it a hotel would be an insult to this place. The food was delicious, and the portions were shockingly generous! It was incredibly satisfying! There's so much to say, I'm almost speechless. All I want to say is that next time I need a vacation or relaxation, Emei Mountain won't be the only option; there's also Chishui River Mountain Retreat!

The scenery here was very good [screaming teeth] It was especially suitable for a pot of water and a cup of tea on vacation. It was too healing to see Danshan. The room was actually better than the photo. The layout was very reasonable and the facilities were very new. The hygiene is very clean and tidy, there is no smell, the butler service is very intimate [love]

It's rare to find such a satisfactory hotel in Sichuan. The service is good and every employee is serious and enthusiastic, just like treating the hotel as their own home. The facilities are very new, the air conditioning is awesome, and the hygiene is good. The best thing is the breakfast. I am picky about porridge, and I haven't found any porridge I like outside. I had two bowls of this one. The fried peanuts are also great, and the freshly cooked noodles are also delicious. This noodle does not have a heavy sticky feeling like most noodles. The children are very picky eaters but they still ate two fried eggs! Overall this hotel is very attentive. I used to be afraid of staying in hotels in Sichuan, 90% of them were not satisfactory.

The facilities are particularly complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom products are of good quality, and the office and rest are very convenient. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in efficiency is high, and the details are very intimate. From the time of check-in, the sanitation and facilities of the room are kept very good, and the cleaning is very careful every day, and there is no sense of long-term mess. The lobby is atmospheric, the elevator and public areas are very clean. The staff service is consistent, enthusiastic and professional, and any needs can be solved quickly, and the stay is particularly safe. The hotel was booked at midnight during the trip to Chongqing. The room was spacious and clean. The parking lot was large and convenient for parking. The hotel also had its own restaurant. The service staff was very enthusiastic and the breakfast was filling.

AAking_2012Because it is a new hotel, the implementation is better than other hotels, and it is the only hotel in Guxuan that has fruit milk to give guests, but I can't understand why the air conditioner has no choice. I asked the front desk to explain that because the weather is cold now, all the heating is adjusted! The scenery outside the window is beautiful! Breakfast has ancient pasta, all kinds of taste, overall good 👍
