To be honest, the hotel is really good. If it is not for the location, this price should not be able to live. It is very clean and new. The smart toilet and the service are good. You can upgrade the TV and do some software with members. It is better to watch some movies and watch some dramas or vote.

Upon entering the room, the first thing that catches the eye is the impeccable environment; every corner is spotless, and everything is neatly arranged. The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

My stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

The staff is very nice, the room is big enough, the decoration style is also very good, the elevator is bright and cool, the breakfast on the top floor is delicious, free afternoon tea is provided, and the environment is good. Went with friends to Yibin's Sanyu Project and planned to pass through Xuyong, but decided not to drive anymore. Booked this hotel online and it truly exceeded our expectations! The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive. Before we even reached the reception, the staff saw us with a lot of luggage and proactively came over to help us carry it and check in. Check-in was very fast; we got the room cards for three rooms in just a few minutes! We ordered one breakfast and the front desk even gave us an extra complimentary one. The room was spotlessly clean, and the disposable amenities were also very good, high quality. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around, with a mall right downstairs that has everything you need for dining, drinking, and entertainment. The environment is really great and definitely worth recommending!
