This hotel was fantastic. I’ve stayed in Atour hotels a few times before and been happy, but the staff here were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. No issues checking in with a passport - they seemed to know the process and it took the same amount of time it would in a larger city. We left some dirty clothes in a laundry basket in our room only to discover when we came back later that day they’d been washed and dried. Overall - I just felt pleasantly surprised by the place every step of the way.

I enjoyed very much my stay at Luhu Hotel. The hotel is situated in a pleasant residential neighborhood, close to a large park. My room was simply but tastefully furnished and looked out over the hotel's attractive grounds with a large pond and many trees and shrubs that create an intimate feel; there are a number of birds, and one day I saw a kingfisher. Breakfast offered a plentiful range of options. The staff were very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:
Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes).
Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why.
Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. It was a very good travel experience 😊 The Luzhou Laojiao tourist area is also very unique and worth a visit!

A fantastic stay! The price was reasonable, but the experience far exceeded expectations. While not luxurious, the room was very clean and comfortable, with practical amenities (e.g., plenty of outlets and good water pressure). The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops. It was also very economical, and the staff were very helpful in resolving any issues. The little details (e.g., the free mineral water) were very thoughtful. The value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again!

This was my first time staying at this new hotel. It's conveniently located near the Southwest Commercial City, making it easy to get around. Wanda Plaza and the high-speed rail station are also not far across the street. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming during check-in. The hotel has a gym, and the room was clean and tidy. A very satisfying stay overall.

I came to Luzhou on a business trip and stayed in this hotel for the first time. Sister Zeng at the front desk was very nice. The room was really quiet and comfortable. BBK is across from the hotel, making shopping very convenient.

The hotel was booked at midnight during the trip to Chongqing. The room was spacious and clean. The parking lot was large and convenient for parking. The hotel also had its own restaurant. The service staff was very enthusiastic and the breakfast was filling.
