GGuest UserThe location was right on a main road near a lot of restaurants. The front desk receptionist was very nice and even called me to check to see if I was planning on extending my stay. The service was a big plus, and the room was spacious, even if the lighting is a bit dark. But honestly that is just my experience with all Atour hotel rooms. Overall a pleasant experience and a good value!

The front desk staff was incredibly kind, and the room was even more spacious than expected, with a superb view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and bright, with excellent dry and wet separation, strong shower pressure, and good quality toiletries. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tasted delicious. The service staff were friendly and responsive. The location is also very convenient, quiet yet with easy access to transportation. It offers incredible value for money, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! From check-in to check-out, you can feel the hotel's dedication throughout. The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

Cons:
Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes).
Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why.
Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles.
I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.

The layout is a bit like a Vienna hotel, and it is more comfortable to live. If there is an exam, take a taxi in advance and it is not easy to hit in the morning.
