There is no good restaurant in a small street outside the main entrance, and there are many cotton shops outside the back door, and no restaurant. The hotel could have done better: the boiler room could be moved to the ”Lulu” area to avoid noise affecting multiple rooms. Due to the building itself, there are several rooms between the state of having windows and no windows. "This hotel was fantastic. I’ve stayed in Atour hotels a few times before and been happy, but the staff here were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. No issues checking in with a passport - they seemed to know the process and it took the same amount of time it would in a larger city. We left some dirty clothes in a laundry basket in our room only to discover when we came back later that day they’d been washed and dried. Overall - I just felt pleasantly surprised by the place every step of the way."

"This is a very warm and welcoming hotel. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and the room service aunties were also very kind and friendly.
