It was exactly the kind of escape I didn't know I needed. 📍 Location & Vibe: Nature's Own Air Conditioning The hotel sits at about 1900 meters above sea level, deep within a forest that covers 98% of the surrounding area. Summer temperatures hover between 18°C–25°C (64°F–77°F)—no AC needed, even in August. The air is so clean it almost tastes sweet. 🛏 The Room: Waking Up Inside a Painting: I booked a family room, and the massive wraparound balcony was the real showstopper. Every morning, I'd step out to see clouds rolling through the valley below, with the sunrise painting the ridges in gold and pink. Evenings were just as magical—sunsets that turned the sky into a slow-burning fire. The room itself was modern and well-thought-out: smart controls, excellent water pressure, a spacious walk-in shower, and that crisp mountain chill seeping in at night. If that bothers you, ask for an upper floor when booking. --- Final Verdict: These 3 nights felt like a full system reboot. If you're looking for a summer getaway that's actually cool, quiet, and surrounded by nothing but green peaks and drifting clouds—Luo Han Lin Hotel is worth every mile of the drive up. The rooms come with smart toilets, and there's a self-service laundry with dryers. The front desk staff is warm and attentive, and Sister Xiong from housekeeping is also very welcoming. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. It's suitable for both short and long stays.

The stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is very close to the MixC shopping mall, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The customer service manager, Xiao Jiang, was attentive and helpful, and Xiao Yang handled check-in and check-out quickly. The breakfast was also good. Overall, the staff were responsive, and the hotel offered excellent value for money.

The front desk layout and decorations were beautiful and upscale; my child especially loved the giant globe and robot decorations, haha. The complimentary handy kit with disposable masks, toilet seat covers, earplugs, cotton swabs, and makeup remover wipes was a thoughtful touch, and anything we needed was delivered very quickly. The rooms were spacious and classy, ​​with comfortable and warm lighting. Most importantly, I forgot my wedding gift at a friend's wedding, and the front desk immediately notified me. The hotel bed was soft and comfortable; I slept wonderfully. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Luzhou. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the Yangtze River, making it perfect for watching the sunset in the evening. Plus, it even has a tennis court. I just have one small suggestion: the dinner on the first day and lunch on the second day (a complimentary single set meal from the hotel) had essentially the same dishes, which was quite disappointing. 1. The executive king room has a separate hot spring pool. The kids didn't want to leave after playing there. Highly recommended. 2. The hot springs are scattered in the woods. It is recommended to go once during the day and once at night to create two different a**ospheres. If you want to take photos, remember to prepare a waterproof bag for your phone in advance.

The reason for the deduction of points for facilities is that the bathroom is too slippery, there is no bath mat or floor towel, no handrails and no slippers for bathing. If I hadn't used a face towel to cover it, I would have slipped. The room is a bit small, and the washing is behind the door, but it is generous to have four bottles of water. Other aspects are quite good. Breakfast is in the rooftop garden, with many varieties and delicious freshly cooked noodles. There were many people getting married during the National Day holiday, and it was very noisy in the corridor early in the morning. Convenient parking!
