Blackout curtains and soundproofing were excellent — slept like a log. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water was instant. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which we really appreciated after a long trip.

Although we mediated the issue through the platform and received an apology on the hotel's behalf, their actions were deeply offensive and completely ruined my afternoon outing. They were questioning the guest without any basis. First, I hadn't eaten anything in the room, not even fruit. Secondly, checking out at 8:00 AM and contacting the guest 8 or 9 hours later to report the stain was extremely unprofessional.
