AAnonymous UserPros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Villa was very well kept, with excellent views of the ocean. Pleasantly surprised by complimentary puddings and drinks. Manual grinder and coffee beans were a nice touch.
Cons: Unable to drive directly to the villa due to safety policy. This made loading/unloading luggage very inconvenient. The walk to the carpark required negotiating a slippery gravel slope, which was even more dangerous in low-light conditions. Recommend to improve this with proper stairs or paved pathway.

EEmilyttkWe traveled by car for 7 people and rented 2 cars. The location of the homestay is still very convenient for self-driving, but the equipment in the house and the environment outside the house need to be improved.
When we arrived, the snow outside the house was not cleaned up, and the house was super cold. The tragedy is that there is a heating downstairs that cannot be operated. I hope the administrator can check it again and again before the guests check in.

GGuest UserTheir Wi-Fi worked for maybe 5 minutes, and was extremely slow. I had to buy data from my phone and hotspot it to work, costing me much more money. I was so frustrated because this is so basic and they couldn't get that right. The workers were great but I'm still never coming back.

GGuest UserThis time I came to Otaru, I stayed in this hotel for two nights and was very satisfied! The service attitude of the hotel front desk and staff was really very good, and the stay experience was great! There are hot springs in the hotel, and breakfast and dinner are also very rich. Dinner is in a separate small Japanese-style room with great privacy! In terms of travel, there is a bus stop at the door, and it is very convenient to take the bus to the city. In addition, the hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the bus stop in the city at 9:30 in the morning. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay! I would like to praise the service attitude again, which is really great~ I had a very happy two days!

GGuest UserThe room was small but super clean and cleverly set up with cool high-tech features. The lighting was cozy and made the space feel really comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, but dinner was absolutely exceptional—definitely a highlight of the stay. The location is great too, right next to the river, which is perfect for a peaceful morning walk. The staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful. Overall, a really pleasant experience!

SsweetknellneuThis guesthouse seems to be run by Chinese owners, which is nice. My room was right by the entrance. After checking in at the front desk, I couldn't find it until I turned around... it felt a bit like sleeping in a guardhouse. The soundproofing isn't great either. Because of its peculiar location, it gets very noisy in the mornings. And the room next door seems to be a staff office, which also generates a lot of noise. However, the room was warm and clean, perfect for a night's sleep, and the price was excellent. The only downside is that it didn't have a private bathroom. The common areas were clean and there was even coffee available, which was a pleasant touch.

GGuest UserAdvantages: The natural environment is good, the surrounding green waters and green mountains, the air is fresh, and the stars can be seen at night.
Disadvantages: far from the city, there is a large hotel around the hotel that can provide catering services. There is no hair dryer in the room, no pot for boiling water (the hair dryer is shared at the front desk, and there is a water dispenser for boiling water in the corridor). There is no table in the room, it is not convenient to put things. The room type provided is different from the description of Trip.com (no sofa).

GGuest UserI booked for RM150, and this is my best hotel I stayed in Sapporo. The location is near the tourist area but its within neighborhood area, and its uphill. So for anyone with luggage might be struggling a bit if u dont have car. But, the view is amazing, and they gave me a room with snow view as i requested. The room are spotless, comfortable and have personal heater inside. The staff also very friendly and accomodating esp when I asked to borrow a charger. The public bath also big and u might have it all to yourself honestly (not that many guest during my stay). I would love to come back!

GGuest UserIt was my third stay. The room on the second floor this time was a Japanese-style room in an attic that could return to my childhood, and it was a combination of tatami mats and futons, but I was able to relax very much and enjoyed it (* ^^ *)
There was a window, and I was able to taste the feeling of being released, and I was able to spend quiet and relaxing.
As usual, you can spend your time with peace of mind by preparing futons, sharing spaces and water. I felt that it would be even more convenient if there was a box tissue in the room.
I'm sure you will be taken care of when you have a business in the Sapporo area. It is highly recommended as a comfortable vacation rental because the environment and the owner's heart are much better than where you need to park in coin parking in the city.
