This is the most welcoming hotel in Xinjiang. It's primarily business-oriented, but it meets four-star standards. The furniture and appliances are top-notch and high-quality. The lobby manager is very responsive. Although I only stayed for one night, the experience was excellent!

Overall, it was good, but I have two main points to raise. First, the shower gel dispenser in my room ran out after just two pumps, and I was already in the shower so I couldn't call for more. Second, the young lady at the front desk provided excellent service, but the security guard was completely oblivious. I saw him engrossed in his phone multiple times while I was coming and going. I don't understand why the boss would hire someone like that. Of course, I don't know why it bothered me so much, as it didn't really affect me, but I just can't stand employees who slack off. The breakfast tasted good, but the quantity was just average.

Their patient and detailed responses to inquiries about nearby areas also helped me plan my trip with confidence. The spotless rooms, complete with amenities and bedding, were reassuring. The queen-size bed was a true sleep haven—the mattress had the perfect firmness for a restful night. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the shower had strong, consistent water pressure, washing away any fatigue. The desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary minibar selection, and a small, dainty fruit plate on the table all embodied meticulous care. The most surprising experience was the robot food delivery service! After a late night at work, I simply placed an order on my phone, and within 20 minutes, the adorable robot arrived at my doorstep. The quick QR code process was a delightful experience, and the hot late-night snack arrived directly to my door. This smart and convenient experience not only avoided disturbing others late at night but also efficiently satisfied my needs. It was truly impressive! The hotel's breakfast buffet was a feast for the taste buds! A dazzling array of Chinese and Western dishes: steaming hot noodles, crispy bacon and eggs, fresh salads and fruits, fragrant coffee... The diverse selection and fresh ingredients, along with the attentive and warm service of the local Xinjiang ethnic women, revitalized my Xinjiang trip. This stay far exceeded expectations. From the sincere smiles at the front desk to every detail of the comfortable room, from the sumptuous cuisine to the futuristic smart services, the hotel's commitment to quality and its emphasis on the guest experience were evident. I have no hesitation in adding your hotel to my ”top list” and will warmly recommend it to all my friends! I look forward to seeing you again!

This is the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in during business trips. I can hear loud conversations from next door at night, not to mention the noise in the hallway. In the mornings, I encounter people who get up early and start playing music—which I can listen to for free. The breakfast selection is average: five hot dishes, one fried rice, some porridge, cold dishes, and pickles, but lacking noodles or soup. The problem is that a woman with long hair was seen eating in my breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

The upgraded parent-child room is spacious and bright, the room is very clean and tidy, and the accommodation is very comfortable. The room is also equipped with a direct drinking machine. It is especially convenient for the baby to boil water and drink water every day. It is really a plus to take the baby to travel. The hotel's supporting facilities are also very complete. There is a free public laundry room and gym on the 5th floor. It is especially convenient to change laundry outside. You don't have to trouble finding the laundry outside. The practicality is full. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant. The stay is very good. The breakfast on the first floor is very rich, with meat and vegetables, staple food, porridge, and fruit. The room was very nice. The soundproofing was a bit poor; the sound of the door opening and closing was quite noticeable. Light sleepers can request a suite. I booked a room with a private hot spring. The water was changed after each guest, which was reassuring. There's a ski resort nearby, very convenient for skiers. Night skiing ends at 11 PM. It's currently February 2026, considered off-season, and breakfast was delivered to the room. The Dushanzi Grand Canyon is nearby, suitable for families with children. We tried all the activities, and none were too thrilling, so you can enjoy them without worry.

The environment is very quiet, super quiet, but even in the peak season, it feels a bit desolate, the park is too big, the room is very hygienic, water is needed, the toilet is blocked, a phone call is solved immediately, customer service, butler, master are very warm and polite, but the park is actually the same as the catering package. There are very few choices and very dry areas, and Xinjiang cuisine is actually tired of eating 2-3 meals.

This camp is super awesome. Every small building is very unique, like a fairy tale world, and there are also children's play facilities. Little friends like it very much. The room facilities are very new and very clean. There is a food court nearby, the food is delicious and the price is moderate. It is very pleasant to rest here for one night after driving the Duku Highway.
