Very clean and comfortable hotel. Warm welcome and excellent service from the staff. My car even got windscreen wash out inside before I left the next day! Delicious afternoon tea snacks and a very good breakfast selection. My bed was big and comfortable. The shower had reusable products which smelt amazing! The seating in the room was very stylish and comfortable. There was a convenience store next door too. Would recommend if you are in the area!

Although this isn't the big brand name chain hotels, I had a great stay here as well. The beds are comfortable and the customer service at the reception is superb. The rooms are clean. The decor is chinese styled and cosy. Location wise isn't next to malls but you can find some shops and convenient shops within walking distance.

Kangbashi is really good, it is worthy of the warm city, the room is very good 👍, the front desk luggage is very good, there is boutique afternoon tea, the lights are late, the key room is particularly tall, I want to live, the breakfast is very rich. Environment: Especially good.

The environment of this hotel is very good, suitable for business trips and travel choices, the hotel front desk Xiao Zhao and sales manager Li have a very good service attitude, very thoughtful, very good!

The Fushawan Hotel Xiangshawan is perfect for families with kids! The independent yurts, though built years ago, are still clean and comfortable. It's an all-inclusive package with three buffet meals, and you get VIP access to the scenic area, skipping the queues. They offer kids' crafts, a swimming pool, and bonfire parties. Right outside, you're in the desert, and the night sky is absolutely stunning. The staff provides excellent service, proactively asking about your needs, which is very thoughtful. For family travel, the value for money is exceptional; my child didn't want to leave!

Few of the amenities listed on the listing page are available. Maybe they were at some point in the past long ago, but this hotel is far from in its prime. There is no sauna. The ”bath center” where this was has been converted into a commercial spa for a business unrelated to the hotel. There is no night club. There is no ”gym” as shown in one of the pictures. I believe a lot of the pictures shown on the listing page are years if not decades old. There is no ”boutique”. There is one tiny convenience store on the first floor. The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor. I only used it for the free breakfast which was good. The hotel largely focuses on catering to business events. They have meeting spaces and a big ornate looking meeting space. For normal travellers, this hotel is very bare bones. Service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The laundry is not self service. You need to pay per article of clothing for someone to take it. The room itself lacked a minibar, functional air conditioning, or a functional safe. It was very spartan. Would I come here again? Not for the listed price. Without any of the advertised amenities, I can't imagine this is much better than cheaper hotels in the area.

Strong Amway this treasure hotel! Parking is super convenient, the oversized parking lot in the courtyard is sufficient, and there is a new energy fast charging pile, and there is no pressure on self-driving friends. The lobby is spacious and bright, clean and clean, the environment is elegant and warm, and a self-service coffee machine and free tea bar are also prepared. Drinks are enjoyed at any time, and the hospitality is super attentive. It was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.  Close to airport.  Airport transfer and no fee On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.  Reach out to hotel to book transportation. Thank you.

The room was better than expected. We booked a family room, which was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four people. It was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view of the grassland right outside the window. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I can't help but comment that this is the only hotel in the scenic area. It looks good based on the price, but only those who have stayed there know. 1. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and took my luggage on his own initiative. My first impression was quite good. As soon as I moved in, I discovered that the air conditioner was roaring loudly, the toilet button required skill - if you pressed it incorrectly the water would just keep flowing, and the sink drain was half-blocked, so after using it you had to wait for the water to flow out before you could use it again. There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!
