The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and comprehensive facilities. The rooms are spacious enough, making it my go-to choice for business trips. The service and hygiene are excellent across the board. The front desk staff are very polite, respond to inquiries quickly, and have a fantastic service attitude.

Booked a family room for four. The room is very good, with a reasonable layout and a large area. There is a bed outside and a bed inside, both equipped with a TV. The service attitude is very good, and the front desk will respond to any requests when calling. The experience is very good!

The hotel is very good overall. The breakfast is also great. The front desk deserves praise for its good service attitude. I ordered several takeaways and they were delivered quickly by the robot. The stay experience was great. I will come again next time!

The room was spotless, with every corner meticulously cleaned. I was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff were also extremely welcoming and enthusiastic. This four-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation. They also offer a high-speed train station shuttle service; just book in advance and it will be arranged. It's very convenient and a thoughtful service.

Facilities: Overall very good, but some facilities are a bit old since it was renovated in 2017. Cleanliness: Very good, no problems. Environment: The living and dining environment is good, but unfortunately there's no children's playground. Service: Excellent, very responsive, they provide free lunch and breakfast, which is great.

The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with complete facilities and convenient parking. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with options like chicken noodle soup, wontons, and pancakes, all delicious and truly excellent. The waitstaff was attentive and helpful, answering every question and responding to every request. The hotel restaurant also offers lunch and dinner. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and is highly recommended.

Our stay was very comfortable, and the service was attentive and warm. We even received complimentary fruit upon check-in. The room was clean, and the amenities were quite comprehensive, including a disposable toilet seat cover and laundry detergent. Definitely recommend!

The hotel environment is very good, very quiet, the room is large and very clean. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic in introducing to me the delicious food and fun things in Wuhu, which were much better than the various travel guides. The key is that the price is very favorable. In short, it is cost-effective and worth recommending.

This was a particularly uncomfortable stay. The hotel facilities are good on the surface, but they are hygienic💔We booked a hotel next to the train station because of convenience. Five years ago it was my favorite hotel, but now the chess and card room is noisy and the breakfast🥣 is also very... Not to mention the service, it will definitely be bad if this continues. After waiting for 20 minutes to check out, the experience was very poor.

This stay experience really made me very satisfied. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the warmth of being at home. The overall design of the hotel is very elegant, the lobby is spacious and bright, full of modernity and a warm atmosphere. The rooms are very carefully arranged, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, especially the soft and comfortable bedding, so that I can enjoy high-quality sleep every night. The design of the bathroom is also very intimate, separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, the quality of toiletries is also very high, and the details are full of care. The hotel's service is even more impeccable. From the front desk to the room service, every staff member is smiling and warm and thoughtful. At the time of check-in, the front desk lady also intimately introduced me to the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions, so that I can make the itinerary more clear. Room service is very responsive and any needs can be solved in the first time, which is really reassuring. Breakfast is the most anticipated moment of my day! The restaurant has an elegant environment, a rich variety of meals, a combination of Chinese and Western styles, both authentic local specialties and classic Western breakfast options. The ingredients are fresh and taste great, especially the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit, which fills me with energy to start the day every day. The location of the hotel is also very good, the transportation is convenient, there are many shopping centers and gourmet restaurants around, within walking distance. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist holiday, this is a great choice. In short, this stay experience made me feel very pleasant, and every detail of the hotel impressed me. Whether it is hardware facilities or service quality, it completely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended to all friends who need to stay, come here next time, I will definitely choose this hotel! - - Hope this comment will meet your needs!
