We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Staffs are absolutely helpful and considerate, the star appreciation activity and marshmallow roasting are rare but enjoyable experience as well. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Fufu Nara is a wonderful hotel that offers a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with beautiful rooms that feel calm and comfortable. The service is excellent — the staff are attentive, polite, and always ready to help, making us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, using high-quality ingredients that really highlight Japanese cuisine. Every meal felt special and memorable. The location is also great, surrounded by nature and close to Nara’s main attractions, yet very peaceful and quiet. Overall, Fufu Nara is a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, great service, amazing food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended

GGuest UserThis ryokan was amazing, the food the location the atmosphere. The public sento in the building was beautiful and the private tub in our room was amazing as well. Perfect service, great amenities, we even got a little gift! I can only recommend this place if you're looking for something truly special. Get the dinner and breakfast here, trust me!!!

The hotel is in a great location. The room is very nice, but with two main weaknesses: no hooks for towels, and no curtains so the sunlight will wake you up. The staff was very helpful in booking a restaurant for us, but very annoying at the end of our stay as they charged us 2000 yen when one of our bedroom cards fell in the bedroom into the space between the wooden floor and the wall! 😤😑

We went during cherry blossom season, so the price was a bit steep, but the quiet, natural surroundings made it a great place to relax. The hotel has a hot spring and an open-air bath, which is nice. You can reserve meals in advance and enjoy a course meal for dinner and a buffet-style breakfast. And late at night, the hotel's main entrance seems to be closed. I wasn't given an explanation, so I was a bit confused, but there's a bell next to the door. Just call the staff and ask them to open the door for you.
