"The room was spacious, and the hot spring was wonderfully uncrowded and relaxing. Everything was very clean. There's free ice cream in the lobby, which was a nice treat after a hot spring soak!
The hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions, and it's about a ten-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station. The service was excellent, and there's free coffee and tea bags available in the lobby.
The only downside was that the room wasn't very warm. In winter, cold air seeped in near the windows, and even with the air conditioning set to 30 degrees, it still felt a bit chilly."

"Highly recommend this accommodation! The bed is very comfortable compared to other hotels. The house and room feel very cozy especially the sofa in living room!But there’s no dryer in the house and bathroom. You would need to dry your clothes at balcony or living room."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, and I really liked the pajamas supplied by the hotel. The lounge was really welcoming, and I liked that you could get hot or iced coffee at any time of day there. The tea selection was also extensive. I also really liked the public bath in the basement. After a day of walking in the winter, nothing beats a soak in the hot pool. Staff was always friendly and greeted me every time I came back or left the hotel. The location is also excellent, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as the entrance to Nara Park!"

All rooms are located on the 2nd floor, so please do not make a reservation for the elderly and children, those with bad legs and feet, or those who are overweight, and once you have made a reservation, you cannot cancel for free.
"Overall, I was quite satisfied, meeting my expectations. The price was relatively reasonable, and the value for money was good.
The facilities were complete, with a bathroom and shared washing machine within the B&B. Although there was only one bathroom, I didn't have to worry about long waits. There was also a kitchen available, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The nearest bus stop is 300 meters away, so transportation and the surrounding area are acceptable. The owner is Chinese and speaks Mandarin without any issues.
Room 201 was quite small, practically covered entirely with mattresses, and only accommodated a 28-inch suitcase, though the owner had explained in advance.
Note that there are few people nearby, and most of them are elderly, so please keep your voice down both on the way and in the room."

MMin TeckAn absolute 10/10 stay in Nara City! Yamatonoyado KITAKYOBATE is a beautiful, 2-story property that is kept incredibly clean. The layout is perfect for families or groups, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. I was blown away by the number of amenities provided right in the room—they have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable. The location in kitakyobate-cho is peaceful yet convenient. Checking in was seamless, and the overall experience was flawless. Will definitely book this place again on my next trip to Japan!

GGuest User一泊二日3家族８人で利用したがとてもゆったりと利用出来てよかった。トイレも一階と2階の2ヶ所にあり困ることがなく使用できた。2階の4部屋にダブル(キング？)サイズのベッドが2台ずつあり、８人それぞれが贅沢に一台ずつ利用できて最高だった。寝具ぬななも心地よかった。パジャマの記載がなかったが作務衣風のものが用意してあった。ヘアアイロンはリファのものがカール用、ストレート用と
2台もあり嬉しかった。冷蔵庫にはミネラルウォーターが
4本、日本酒1合サイズが2本、同サイズの焼酎？が一本、炭酸ジュース2本あり、茶菓子の用意もあった。８人なのに7個しかお菓子がなかったのは残念だった。コーヒー、紅茶、お茶、砂糖あり。コーヒー用のミルクはない。コーヒーはカセットをセットするタイプのサーバー。他に電子レンジ、オーブントースター、湯沸かし器、炊飯器がある。台所には最低限のキッチンアイテムが揃っている。グラス類がプラスチック製でくもり傷があるのが少し気になった。手拭き用のタオルがあるとよかった。(洗面所にはあり)
台所続きの、リビングにゆったりとしたソファー、大画面のTV、Switchがある。使い捨てスリッパもタオル生地のふわふわ感がありきめちよかった。照明は間接的なものが多く、暗め。2階の各部屋にゴミ箱が欲しかった。浴室はサウナや水風呂専用の浴槽もあり、整うためのロッキングチェアも2台ある。シャワーも大浴場に二箇所、洗濯室のトイレ横にもう一箇所ガラス張りのシャワーブースがある。アメニティも充実している。お風呂で残念だった点が一つ、同時に水道を利用すると水圧が格段に悪くなる。サウナは大人３人が同時に入れる広さ。サウナマットも用意されている。 前日まで電話連絡がとれていたが、当日は全く繋がらず焦った。後で玄関に連絡専用のアイテムが木箱に入っていたが、このシステムはどうなんだろう。。
玄関にビニール傘の用意があったが人数分はなかった。けど、予想外の雨が降り助かった。ならまち界隈や東大寺など観光地にも徒歩圏内で立地は良いと思う。12時に荷物を預けることが出来て助かった。チェックインも同時に出来たら言うことなしでしたが…。電話での対応、清掃の方、みなさんお優しかったです。
総合的には大満足でした。あともう一泊したいくらいでした。

Environment: Halfway up Mount Wakakusa, isolated from the outside noise. The overall design style is modern Japanese. If you want to experience pure Japanese living, you should pay attention to the difference
Service: The service is still worthy of praise. The driver and front desk staff are very enthusiastic. They helped arrange the car to go up the mountain in the morning. It was very lucky to see 👀 deer🦌 on a rainy day
Food: Most of the food arranged is made from local ingredients in Nara. The ingredients are not gorgeous, the taste is OK, and it is more down-to-earth

ZZhi YiThis got to be one of the best rappers i had ever been to, (besides a few really high end resort in Bali). This resort service is impeccable. The kaiseki dinner is really delicious. The Garden is so well curated that it can compete with some of the shrine garden. And last but not least the onsen is truly relaxing and beautiful. One tip, is it place the herbal pack into the onsen early. It takes 6 hours for it to fully diffuse into the onsen.

There was a parking lot where guests could park for free.
The location was also great, as it was only about a 15-minute walk to Todaiji Temple.
We booked a room with dinner and breakfast included, and both were delicious and very satisfying (;;)
They provided petit cakes in the evening, which we enjoyed eating while doodling in our memory notebook!
They even have a hot spring!
The inside of the hotel was very clean, and everything was great, so we were very satisfied!
If I come to Nara again, I'd love to stay here!

EeddiehappyA hotel full of history as it has been the chosen venue for important events in Nara. Many celebrities had stayed in this hotel including Albert Einstein. Tried the rice lager at the tea house which is very good tgough some may find it not strong enough. The vicinity is nice. It is within waljing distance of the famous Nara Park. The room is spacious. Shuttle bus service to Nara station is excellent. Very helpful staff. An enjoyable stay indeed!

SShkcdhbxThe hotel is a little far from the JR station, you have to take a bus, but you can walk to Kintetsu Nara Station. The location is next to Toda Temple, and it is very convenient to Nara Park and other attractions. The hotel staff has a first-class service attitude, very attentive, fluent English answers, and patiently explained various hotel facilities and services. There are also small gifts for staying here, and the content of the gift is not spoiled first, but it is really heartwarming. In terms of room facilities, the open-air wind is very comfortable, and it is a great joy in life to soak in the weather with only zero degrees outside. The room was clean and satisfactory, the space was large, the 𧝁𧝁 meter mattress was also very comfortable, I slept well, and cleaned the tiredness of the journey for a day. In terms of dining, dinner and breakfast are both Japanese food, very exquisite, fresh ingredients, and a good dining experience. 
The stay was very good and highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserCheck in and check out process is easy. Location wasn't our consideration when booking the place since we are driving there. The parking lot is opposite the house. We were late when check in and it's abit dark in the surrounding so we couldn't recognise which was the right parking lot for the unit until we saw the manual / guide in the kitchen.
