"This hotel is super convenient, right across the road from JR Nara Station. The room was a bit small, just a couple of steps from the bed to the door. You have to take off your shoes when entering the hotel, and the staff even helped clean our luggage, which was a nice touch – their service was really good. Breakfast was also excellent, with sashimi rice and lots of fruit. The hot spring was perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking around. For 500 in the off-season, it was definitely great value for money."

"The 12 tatami room was very spacious and clean, and the room smelled refreshing. Moreover, Japanese hospitality and their attention to detail made the whole stay very pleasant. Both breakfast and dinner were amazing. We also informed the Ryokan that this was our 6th anniversary trip and they gave us free photography, which was lovely! Location wise, it is conveniently located right next to Nara park, and just an easy 15min walk away from Nara station or 10min away from Kitetsu line."

Hotel lounge was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the happy hour free flow included many sake and liquors. There’s a onsen with indoor and semi-outdoor pool. Room was no different from typical Super Hotel. Great value for money nonetheless."
