This is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly facing the harbor. The service was exemplary, the rooms were spotless, and the meals were plentiful. Every room offers picturesque views of yachts and distant snow-capped mountains. The hotel is fully equipped with facilities such as a spa, a swimming pool, and a private beach area. However, compared to local prices, dining at the hotel's restaurant is a bit on the expensive side. Overall, it's a superb choice for enjoying tranquil harbor scenery.

The hotel is a villa situated on a small hillside. It's relatively easy to find if you follow navigation, but pay attention to the hotel sign on the wall. Service: All the staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. We arrived late at night, and as soon as we parked outside the hotel, a staff member came out to greet us, help us find a parking spot, and carry our luggage. They explained everything in detail and even helped us contact a paragliding company – very reliable. Breakfast: The hotel offers a pre-set English breakfast. The vegetables were fresh, the toast was crispy and delicious, and the cheese was good. The portions were generous. Environment: The room was clean and tidy, with a minimalist decor, and offered a great sea view. It's a cat lover's paradise, absolutely wonderful! The elevator is quite interesting, requiring two turns. Rooms starting with '8' are a bit further, requiring a walk along a stone path and some steps – these seem to be newly expanded rooms. The staff were very thoughtful and helped us with our luggage.👍🏻

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was perfectly located in the centre of Göcek with everything we could need or want. The Turkish breakfast was great as was the pool area and the staff were also great. The best thing was our room which was big, clean and comfortable. We would definitely go again.

Stayed here for 1 night, and it was very picturesque! It’s just like the photos online. It is a very quiet area we stayed in our cabin the entire time and just relaxed. The hotel operate on a watsapp service and everything requested comes to you very quickly. The property was clean. We did have issues here with mosquitoes and came out with several bites! We went in October, so we couldn’t use the private pool as it is ice cold, which was a downside and our cabin was in the shade so we didn’t get any sun at all during our stay here. But nevertheless, it was a nice cosy night away. 1 night was perfect for us to take lots of pictures and soak in the views. I wouldn’t stay here longer than a night as I feel like you would just be staying indoors without making the most of the holiday.

Good hotel, nice room, bed was really comfortable. Mini bar was a bit poor only one of each item when there are two people in a room. Food was good lots of variety and choice. Snack bar food was great and pizzas were delicious. Drinks and cocktails were a very good standard. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Disappointed that there was no courtesy room to get showered and changed, you had to use the spa which was not the best and it was so hot and uncomfortable. I did express my views and the lovely lady at guest relations offered a better solution. Would recommend a stay at this hotel and would return.

The parking lot has a swimming pool, the breakfast is very rich, the room is clean and tidy, the hotel location is somewhat biased, and the customer service car for paragliding and island hopping is about 1 hour.

The location is fantastic, with unobstructed views of Ölideniz Bay and stunning sunsets. Having a car makes getting around incredibly easy. Otherwise, using a dolmus (shared taxi) or taxi is no problem at all. Some of the rooms are in need of renovation. The breakfast buffet is good, and enjoying breakfast on the terrace with its beautiful view is lovely. The staff is very attentive, but now at the end of the season, most of them seem a bit tired, which is noticeable at times, though it didn't bother us personally. There's a very large pool and a lovely spa area (unfortunately, the prices are higher than in Germany). Parking was always available. However, I wouldn't want to be there during peak season, as it's likely chaotic. October is perfect. There's a private beach at the Blue Lagoon, but unfortunately, you can't swim there; the water is only ankle-deep. At Ölideniz Beach, even in the off-season, you still have to pay €10 for parking and €30 for a parasol with two sun loungers, which is quite expensive. But the sea there is simply a dream, crystal clear and still great for swimming in October. Another tip for motorcyclists: there are some really cool mountain roads around Ölideniz, absolutely amazing.

The hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I’ll share my story with you: They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting. I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think. So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice. So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday. I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”. Absolutely worst service experience ever.

Very satisfied with the facilities of the room! The room is also very affordable. The reception staff at the front desk is friendly and enthusiastic, but his English is not very good, but it is not a big problem. The fly in the ointment is that the hot water in the rain is not hot enough, and the bath is a bit cold. The traffic is also convenient. There are many minibuss that pass through the door of the hotel. I have two more times to go directly to the beach, but this is because they are all downhill, and it will be very tiring if you walk up. Overall very satisfied.
