"The hotel located just 400 meters away from the beach. My room was very clean and spacious, furniture was fresh and I got impression hotel was renovated recently. The only issue I found in the room was cause of the bare tile floor it has big echo and you can hear every door slam of the neighbours rooms and every move of the furniture. Rooms have no sound proof at all. They serve breakfast from 7 until 10 at the bar terrace overlooking the street. Breakfast had a lot of options, fresh fruits, cheese, boiled eggs, hot sausage, olives, pastry, baigels, packaged butter, jam, et. They have coffee machine and choice of packed tea. Daytime from the pool you can see a lot of paragliders landing to the beach. And night time you can hear nearby nightclubs. The hotel bar was quiet at night though. In the morning you can hear birds. Big thanks for the staff cause they were ready to change my room, but it's not so easy to find a quiet place at this location, it's a busy area."

"We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍
The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street.
Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided."

"The hotel is a villa situated on a small hillside. It's relatively easy to find if you follow navigation, but pay attention to the hotel sign on the wall.
Service: All the staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. We arrived late at night, and as soon as we parked outside the hotel, a staff member came out to greet us, help us find a parking spot, and carry our luggage. They explained everything in detail and even helped us contact a paragliding company – very reliable.
Breakfast: The hotel offers a pre-set English breakfast. The vegetables were fresh, the toast was crispy and delicious, and the cheese was good. The portions were generous.
Environment: The room was clean and tidy, with a minimalist decor, and offered a great sea view. It's a cat lover's paradise, absolutely wonderful! The elevator is quite interesting, requiring two turns. Rooms starting with '8' are a bit further, requiring a walk along a stone path and some steps – these seem to be newly expanded rooms. The staff were very thoughtful and helped us with our luggage.👍🏻"

"Located in the small town of Oludenis, a little distance from the sea, but acceptable. On the day of arrival in the town, it rained heavily. I felt that the road of the town was flooded with soil rain. I had no choice but to eat at the hotel, but I had a delicious meal. It was a waste of too much for two people.
The feature of the town is paragliding. We have a small shop opened by a Russian in the town and used the floor price of about 700 yuan to experience paragliding. In addition to the excitement and spectacular, I feel a little embers in middle age, haha!
Speaking of the hotel, the pool room we booked was really convenient for swimming. Outside the window, I saw the starry parachute floating, which was very holiday-like. Breakfast is also the most satisfying one on this trip to Turkey."

I recently stayed at Liberty Lykia Adults Only, and the experience exceeded all expectations. This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere.
✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet.
✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.
✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space.
✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea.
✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation.
💯 I highly recommend Liberty Lykia Adults Only for anyone seeking a luxurious, quiet, and beautifully maintained resort experience. If I return to this region, I will absolutely stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing, and so is the service. I'm usually very picky about service, food, and the overall concept, but I honestly can't find a single fault here. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holidays at the end of May, it never felt crowded. Every request was handled instantly, whether it was for something in the room, at the restaurant, or on the beach. I never had to remind anyone. The food in the main restaurant was all delicious, which is also rare. I especially loved the steak selection for dinner and the abundance of interesting appetizers and salads. A special thank you to the pastry chefs, as the desserts are magnificent, both in the main restaurant and the pastry shop. The a la carte restaurants didn't impress me as much. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that in the 18+ ”no kids” zone and on the main beach, you don't feel like people are on top of you because there are so many sun loungers. It only gets busy around the main pools, but if you want, there's a pool on the first floor with swim-up room access, where you can always find a sun lounger and swim with a gorgeous view.
Special thanks to Mirza and Aidana, the chat assistants, who responded extremely quickly to everything and gave a warm welcome and farewell.
After this, we stayed at the Liberty Signa hotel, but all the service and the hotel overall fell short compared to Xo, even though they are part of the same chain.

All appliances are in excellent working order, washing machine powder and dishwasher detergent were provided.
Air conditioners in each room work perfectly and are quiet.
The plumbing is like new, the shower has excellent pressure at any time of day, and there's no shortage of hot water.
Our room was on the ground floor with its own small terrace surrounded by greenery, so you can't be seen from the outside.
Friendly staff, 24-hour reception. Don't worry if your flight is late; they'll be waiting for you.
The hotel's location is excellent: the beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away, a dolmush stop is nearby, and the city center is 30 minutes away. The Migros supermarket next door is open until 11:00 PM, and across the street is the Makrocenter supermarket (which has a better selection than Migros). The hotel is located on a quiet street, so there's no noise at night. The only downside is that swimming in the pool is prohibited after 8:00 PM, which is strange, as the pool is nice and new with night lighting, so perhaps that's the norm.

The room is hygienic, the first floor is close to a small yard, there is a tree full of lemons in the yard, and there is an escalator that leads directly to the mountain. It is so beautiful to climb the mountain in the morning to see the harbor pier!

GGuest User達拉曼機場乘坐大巴去費特希耶客運總站，這家酒店離費特希耶客運總站走路10分鐘，晚上到的街上還是比較熱鬧，在客運總站附近一家商場吃了晚餐，一家冰激凌甜品店很好吃，酒店早餐比較簡單，白天在費特希耶客運站乘坐了去卡什小鎮的客車，後半程看到了D400公里，景色真的太太美了，藍色海洋映接藍天，有時岸邊又變成了綠色，迷人的海岸線壯觀無比，到了卡什，客車司機停在了卡什一個路口，告訴我路口走下去走十來分鐘就到了卡什小鎮中心，在卡什小鎮近距離接觸了地中海海水（看地圖應該是地中海），吃了黃油蝦、烤魚，冰激凌，喝了土耳其咖啡，卡什小鎮有去安塔利亞的客車印象大約五六個小時，沿途也有多段很美的海景

GGuest UserCheck-in was an hour late, and I had to wait an hour, even though I was in a hurry! I think this is unacceptable; the room should be ready on time! People are tired from the road, and they have to wait. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, but they didn't give us a room until 3:00 PM. Don't take a room on the first floor; the smell of dampness and basement is very strong. The hotel itself is not bad, the grounds are beautiful, the room is decent, and it's large. You can cook! Breakfast is available for 290 TL.

The reception staff at the front desk is friendly and enthusiastic, but his English is not very good, but it is not a big problem. The fly in the ointment is that the hot water in the rain is not hot enough, and the bath is a bit cold. The traffic is also convenient. There are many minibuss that pass through the door of the hotel. I have two more times to go directly to the beach, but this is because they are all downhill, and it will be very tiring if you walk up. Overall very satisfied.

The owner speaks very good English as well. You don't need to worry about language problems.
The room is quite clean. I didn't give full points because we cleaned the Terrace floor by ourselves as it was very dusty (I consider this is ok, as it does get dusty after 2 days) and the edges of the shower cell door were not perfectly cleaned.
You need to climb up on the steep hill and the place is at the end of it. Therefore you have a great view; however, this also means many cars will pass by and loud. You don't need to really worry about the sound during sleep, as the window seals the sounds off. There are e-louvers that can also block lights in the morning. (I do recommend getting up early and enjoy the nice dawn view.
You can cook there, but you should definitely prepare a portable kitchen knife.
It's also close to dolmus (local bus) station and the best coffee (La Farine & Patisserie) we found in the whole tourist area.

AAichixiguadebeibeiThe hotel is 13 kilometers away from Fethiye Passenger Transport Center. There are buses for 48 liras during the day and taxis for 490 liras at night. The room is quite satisfactory. After all, the advantage is not the room. The shower water flow is small. The view is very good. You can see the sea from the window. There is also a small terrace which is very comfortable. The breakfast is more Western. There may not be many Chinese tourists, but you can still eat enough. It is very close to the beach, just a few minutes walk. You can also leave your luggage at the beach to play after checking out.
