"The hotel's location is absolutely beautiful, making you feel like you're in paradise. The bar offers equivalent products, but with limited variety. The bar staff are excellent, especially Hasan, Dudu, Serhat, Kaan, and Emine – a huge thank you to them, they were perfect. The restaurant section is a bit problematic; the desserts are bad, though the main dishes are good, but the restaurant staff are generally quite rude. The DJ's performance isn't great; I stayed for 4 nights and heard the same songs for 3 days. They really need to improve. Also, they fulfill requests from female guests, but not from male guests, which is very disappointing. There was a live music performance which was a fantastic experience; however, it was a bit odd that they only played slow songs, otherwise they were good. Cleanliness is generally good. If you're visiting during busy periods, you'll need to wake up early to grab a sun lounger, as there are none available after 10 AM due to limited space. The most important thing is that Mustafa from Tatil Sepeti (a travel agency) takes immediate action on any issues you encounter at the hotel. A big thank you to him."
