After leaving 17 Mile Drive, we originally just planned this as a rest stop along Highway 1, so we chose a ground-floor room. It was very clean, came with toothbrushes, Marvis toothpaste, and a Dyson hairdryer – really thoughtful touches that surpassed many 5-star hotels in the US. Breakfast was good, and the baked goods were delicious. It's close to Carmel Beach, and we happened to catch the sunset, which was absolutely beautiful.

The environment, location, facilities, including the front desk service are very good, especially the environment, but today's dinner experience is really disappointing. First of all, after we ordered the meal, the first pre-feast was quite fast, but we did not prepare a plate for us. We beckoned to send it over after we called, and there was no such normal restaurant error of due apology, and secondly, after serving the pre-order, we waited for nearly 30 minutes. No dish came up, no one explained, the restaurant manager skipped us several times on the tour, there were not many people in the restaurant at that time, (there were two of us who were Asian faces) was not a peak meal time, waiting for us to call a waiter over, The waiter (the Indian woman) said very bluntly, I think they're doing, and then left. Too angry, when we went to the front desk to complain, their manager appeared in front of us like a wind (before turning a blind eye to us in the restaurant), and apologized and said that the meal was delivered to the room. Exemption from dinner costs). Apologizing for the apology, the attitude is not sincere at all, the inferior service attitude of the evening restaurant directly lowers the level of Hyatt, this kind of restaurant (hotel) that sees people ordering, directly pulls black. [Weak] [weak] [weak]. (Breakfast service was good, we asked and learned that dinner was not the same team).

Unpleasant stay experience. At the time of check-in, there was no door*** at the entrance. Someone was in front of the registration. After leaving the question, the front desk staff did not take the initiative to receive it. I also asked for the initiative to go forward. There was no smile in the process. Applying for a crib at check-in, one is bad, and I don’t see it until I leave it. The breakfast was delivered to the room and it felt a bit like a fast food, cutlery plastic. When I checked out, when I asked if I could give me a bill, the service staff threw two sheets of paper at hand. I was shocked. I asked if there was an envelope and then I threw it. The details of such a service made me think that I lived in a normal hotel. By the way, the hotel will charge an additional $30 environmental fee, saying that the hotel is built in a protected area...

Decline resort hotel, self-driving California Highway 1, did not listen to the comment area, nearly 4,000 oceans, the scenery is OK, Loft two floors, too old, too old, this is not fatal injury, the staff is too careless, too careless, too careless (For example, Figure 5 shows two shampoos in the shower room, no shower gel) I saw the first time I met the front desk and opened a room with guests. I didn’t have to choose the fries burger dinner from the building I stayed in (the resort of Nuoda has only one restaurant that takes into account all dining functions) Walking in the dark, this building that climbed the building to open the door to enter, there were drinks on the living room table, the bed was messy, and a batch was shocked. You know that this is a country where you can bring guns. If there is someone in the room, we will be considered to be private. , Can be justifiable defense. I immediately called the front desk and said that I was wrong. I would send a new room card. The waiter drove the battery car to send the room card and asked three questions (why would the wrong room card be sent? Where is our car? Where is the luggage? Answer three I don't know, even the wrong room card is not recovered and left. ) My husband was angry and ran to the front desk with his son. After negotiating, he asked the manager to reduce the room rate for half a day. Because my son was young, he encountered this problem for the first time and did not leave the promised person's name and title phone. The next morning, I checked out and changed a staff member. I said that the previous class was not handed in. I don't know about it. In the end, I was a tug, saying that we could give us a reduced breakfast. We also accepted the principle that it did not affect the mood of the holiday. This free a la carte breakfast was much better than the buffet breakfast of the previous days.

The hotel is in a good location and is an excellent place to enjoy the sea view along Highway 1. It was so beautiful to enjoy the sea view and sunset while having dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel environment is tidy and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are driving Route 1, this hotel is worth recommending. Facilities: new Hygiene: good Good environment good service
