Find 4-Star Hotels in Phan Thiet

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It wasn't overrun by tour groups, mostly frequented by locals on vacation and a few foreign guests (including us). It's a shame there's only one restaurant, but the menu is quite comprehensive, offering both Vietnamese specialties and Western dishes. Since we were with my parents, we all opted for the local Vietnamese cuisine, which was both generous in portion and delicious. The beach was immaculately clean, and the staff were very diligent.

Das Hotel macht einen im öffentlichen Bereich insgesamt guten Eindruck. Erwähnenswert sind insbesondere der schöne tropische Garten und der große Swimmingpool. Der zum Hotel gehörende Strandabschnitt wird regelmäßig gesäubert, jedoch ist der Sandstrand außerhalb des Hotels völlig zugemüllt. Schwimmen im Meer war wegen des starken Wellengangs fast die ganze Zeit über (11 Nächte) verboten. Die abgelegene Lage des Resorts bringt es mit sich, dass es in der Nähe keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Dafür gibt es mehrmals täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, u.a. zum Coopmart. Die späten Rückfahrzeiten von dort sind allerdings ungünstig. Von diesem Einkaufszentrum aus kann man fußläufig Teile der Innenstadt von Phan Thiet erreichen. Interessant ist dort der Fischereihafen. Rings um das Hotel finden sich zahlreiche Bauruinen. Außer am verschmutzten Strand kann man keine Spaziergänge unternehmen. Unser Zimmer: Im mehrstöckigen Hauptgebäude mit Aufzug. Ausreichend groß mit kleinem Balkon. Das Bad hätte dringend eine Generalreinigung (Dusche verkalkt, Holzteile vergammelt) und Renovierung nötig, das Möbel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Restaurant: Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken zu relativ günstigen Preisen. Qualität und Größe der Portionen variieren stark. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist ausbaufähig und vorwiegend asiatisch, die angebotenen Getränke sind billig. Service: Alles wird schnell erledigt, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Publikum: Vorwiegend russisch. Viel Umtrieb an Wochenenden durch Vietnamesen. Zusammenfassung: Aufgrund verschiedener Einschränkungen würde ich trotz des überwiegend positiven Gesamteindrucks das Hotel vermutlich nicht wieder buchen.

Decided to choose Allezboo Beach Resort & Spa for our stay based on some recommendations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and service was impeccable. During out stay, we had to leave the resort really early for a day tour and mentioned that we might not be able to make it back for breakfast. The receptionist readily offered to prepare and pack us a breakfast box to go which we really appreciated. The rooms were big and spacious, and facilities such as the swimming pool, walkways and gardens were clearly well maintained, making it a very enjoyable experience. There were some wear-and-tear noted in the bathtub and metal structures around the room (door handles, chairs, cabinets etc), possibly as the accommodation was right by the sea. Good sea view and the beach was very easily accessible from the resort. However, there was nothing else much to do nearby (apart from chilling by the beach) and we had to take a Grab out for food. Overall still a quiet and relaxing experience!

A decent hotel to stay at, centrally located in Mui Ne, close to cafes, shops, massage parlors, and more. The grounds are green and cozy. While we were there, they were building a separate children's area, although I didn't notice many little ones. The room was nice in a five-story building with a view of the hotel grounds and the sea. The room itself was decent, although the bathroom fixtures were a bit tired, and the bed was comfortable and large. Towels were changed daily, and the bed was changed daily, but I couldn't tell how often they changed the bed linen. The food was good; you won't go hungry, but it was quite repetitive. Fruit options included passion fruit, papaya, watermelon, bananas, and dragon fruit. Omelets, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and phobo were also a hit with me. I really enjoyed the vanthong. The pool is clean, but when you're swimming with goggles, it doesn't seem like it's enough. Plus, our mentality is to just splash into the water sweaty and covered in sunscreen... The only downside is the ”gym”—in quotes—it's practically nonexistent. Otherwise, the hotel is a 4-star.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The grounds are spacious and green, everything is blooming, even vegetables are planted, and a pony lives on the property. The staff spends all day watering, sweeping, and cleaning. The room was great, with wooden furniture and plenty of space, everything worked. I was a little tired, but that didn't bother us at all. The only downside was that the windows and the entrance overlooked the pool walkway, so you could see everything. And there was no door to the bathroom or toilet. Absolutely not. The room is called ”Romance” (it says above the entrance.) The breakfasts are excellent: fruit, vegetables, snacks, soup, omelettes, scrambled eggs, and granola. There are two types of coffee. Basically, you'll find something to suit your needs. The beach is also a special treat; it's long and narrow. It wasn't crowded in January, and sun loungers were always available. Overall, I recommend this hotel; it's a great choice for a quiet and beautiful vacation.

Upon arrival, check-in was completed efficiently at Reception and I was helped to my room with my bags. During the walk to the room I noticed that the grounds had a distinctly uncared for appearance. This impression was reinforced when I arrived in my room, which was old, tired and in need of full refurbishment. There were signs everywhere of years of poor quality maintenance. The view over the small beach from the room's balcony was nice but the balcony itself needed refurbishment and painting too. Looking around the grounds, I couldn't see any other guests - it was like the Marie Celeste. The common areas, such as the restaurant didn't look very in inviting and also seemed in need of refurbishment. It seems management has not invested in the upkeep of this place. I decided to go for a walk and, approaching Reception from the beach area, next to a water feature, I encountered two rats! On return from my walk I saw another large rat to the right of Reception. More rats than guests? By this time I had decided that I did not want to stay in this hotel (despite having pre-paid for the room, hence no refund) so I packed my bags, checked out and moved to a much nicer hotel I'd found to too far away. The hotel could be nice but would need substantial investment and refurbishment before I'd consider staying here. I can't see how guests rated this place as 10. For me it's a 6 at best.

Overall, I liked this hotel. The pools and facilities are excellent truly a highlight of the stay. The property is beautiful and, for Mũi Né, it’s a very good option. However, check-in can take some time, especially if you don’t speak Vietnamese. We also had an issue with receiving a second key card. There were three of us in the room, but with only one card it was inconvenient, as the electricity, lights, and all room facilities work exclusively with the card. This meant we always had to move around together. The hotel is located quite far from the main area and nightlife of Mũi Né, so it feels somewhat isolated. Bike rental is easily available nearby, and food delivery works well. There are not many shops within walking distance, but this wasn’t a problem for me since I rented a bike and drove into town. I gave a low rating for cleanliness because our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We stayed for four nights, and no housekeeping came. I contacted the administrator and asked at least for fresh towels, which we did receive, but cleaning itself was never offered. Overall, a nice hotel with great facilities, but with some noticeable inconveniences. A solid 4 out of 5.

This hotel barely scrapes by as a 4-star. Its positives are its location, the wide beach, and plenty of available sun loungers (no need to wake up at 6 AM!), plus excellent breakfasts. Now for the downsides – the cleaning! And it's not even about the quality. The system was completely incomprehensible during our 20-day stay; sometimes they'd clean at 11 AM, sometimes at 2 PM, 4 PM, or even 6 PM. You'd see the cart outside the door, then they'd leave, and two hours later, nothing had been done. Towel changes seemed completely random – if it looked clean, they'd just fold it and leave. Beach towels are also exchanged in the room; if you're at the beach or pool with your own, there's no exchange, and you end up chasing staff around for one. The mattress is very firm, which you can get used to, but the pillows, oh my goodness, I never got used to them. The balconies were dirty, and the windows could at least be cleaned once a week. In the last couple of days before we left, they started renovations in our building (the one closest to the sea) – more like cosmetic touch-ups, but at least it'll be cleaner. On weekends, a lot of locals arrive, and it gets very noisy, whereas weekdays are much more relaxing. Also, there's a varied crowd of our compatriots; the first two weeks were very calm, then a real 'Tagil' group checked in. But overall, Vietnam is wonderful. I adore Mui Ne despite its sometimes rough sea; the food is delicious and cheap, and thanks to the wind, there's no suffocating heat. You can also get a decent massage for an affordable 170,000 VND. Almost forgot – the coffee, of course, is the most delicious and varied!

A large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.

It is the residential area of Mandala, it is not a traditional hotel. I had a great short stay here, the room is very clean and quiet. the water pressure in the shower room is also very good, the waiter took the initiative to call 3 hours in advance when driving there and reminded me that my vacation was ready, he also took me to the room very enthusiastically and warmly. he always answered my questions about the regional specialties in a timely manner. when checked out this man helped me carry my luggage to my car. I rate it much higher than a traditional 5 star hotel
