However, the hotel windows need cleaning, as there were many stains on the outer panes, which affected the view. Overall, it was still very good. The hotel decor is grand, with a strong Portuguese-Macanese style. The facilities are showing signs of age and need maintenance soon, otherwise, they won't match the overall high-end aesthetic. The overall value for money is quite high, I recommend staying here!

However, the facilities are a bit old, and with only three elevators, there can be a wait during peak hours. A nice touch is that missing items and food deliveries are brought up by a robot. Overall, it's pretty good, and there's free parking, which makes it an excellent choice if you're driving.

We had a fantastic stay at the big house at Nine Cloud Homestead Resort, traveling with 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautifully located at the foot of the mountain, with a huge garden full of lovely trees and flowers, making it peaceful and perfect for families. The shuttle service between the hall and the house was very convenient, and guests can enjoy many free amenities including the swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and badminton courts.
