I recently stayed at Songshuling and it was such a refreshing experience. The property is tucked away in a peaceful setting, that made waking up each morning feel like a little escape from the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a simple charm — nothing overly fancy, but everything you really need for a pleasant stay. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to offer travel tips or just have a friendly chat. I especially appreciated their attention to detail, from keeping the shared spaces tidy to offering hot tea on cooler evenings. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, yet quiet enough to truly relax. If you’re looking for a comfortable, homely spot that lets you slow down and breathe in some fresh air, Songshuling Guesthouse is worth a visit.

This is a truly wonderful family-run hotel. I was traveling alone, yet from the very beginning I felt less like a guest and more like a relative visiting family. The hostess prepared delicious breakfasts every morning with great care, always offering something different, which made the stay feel especially warm and personal. The family treated me with genuine kindness and hospitality, and I felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel is located just a short walk from the main attraction of the ancient village, where I loved wandering through the old streets and sitting peacefully by the lake. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It is exceptionally clean, beautiful, cozy, and filled with a sincere, heartfelt atmosphere.

This is our 2nd booking with the lovely honestay Owner: responsive, friendly, very kind Grandma: cooked very nice breakfast, very sweet 泡面: super friendly dog The village housed a few must highly rated restaurants in the region. It's worth to stay here to visit the few restaurants as u are not caught in a jam and owner can get u great discounts.

We wanted to visit Tonglu for a 2 day 1 night trip to take a break from the city, and Flowing Cloud gave us the zen experience that we were looking for. Overall, the architecture of the whole place was just beautiful. The room that we booked was aesthetic, clean and very spacious. The crew’s service was also impeccable. They were very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel and enjoyed our meal. It was home cooked and was very comforting. There were activities in the day and night time to keep us occupied. We appreciated that as we did not drive to the accommodation and going out would have required some pre planning. We will definitely want to visit again.

Fortunately, the first stop in Tonglu was set at Xishan Yunyin. Because it was raining, I didn't go out with my baby. The boss and his wife really understand the atmosphere! This big viewing window, lying on the bed and watching the fog on the mountainside for a whole day will not be boring~ All mattresses are mousse. On rainy days, I lie down and sleep well for the whole afternoon. It's really so happy☺️ For bathing, the boss also thoughtfully prepared a disposable bathtub cover~ As for breakfast, although there are not many varieties, each one is attentive and high-quality. Originally, 2 breakfasts were given, and an extra one was given to the baby. The black rice porridge cooked by the boss himself made the baby remember it after returning home, and the steamed buns were also very delicious. The location of the homestay is right at the entrance of the Maling Ancient Road. You can get up early and take a walk while there are few people. It's really beautiful everywhere~ I heard from the boss that they also prepared paddle boards. I really want to go there again in summer for rafting and paddle boards, and a modern and retro slow life for a few days~

It was far beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere throughout the accommodation was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation. I would like to especially praise the outstanding service from the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Most importantly, he was very attentive and took great care of us. He provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions, and even personally picked us up and dropped us off, something that went well beyond what we expected. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to many popular tourist spots such as OMG Heartbeat Paradise and 瑶琳, making it very convenient and saving us a lot of travel time. Overall, we feel very lucky to have chosen this place. A great homestay. The housekeeper saw that we brought children with us and upgraded us to a parent-child suite for free. The room has a slide and tent that my brother and sister love the most. The Yan Youji capsule bookstore is next door. There is a deep alley restaurant next to it. The boss is a good cook. The stir-fried beef tastes good. Shishe Village, Luci Village, and Daqishan are all nearby. It is really friendly to bring children here to play

At the hotel they spoke English and throughout my stay provide support and helped me particularly with planning my visits to areas near to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. They provide excellent service, a great breakfast and I enjoyed using the gym as well.
