GGuest UserI hardly write reviews, but this homestay I stayed at on Qingming Festival was indeed beyond expectations. First of all, the location is very good. In a quiet environment, you can see the mountains and rivers when you open the curtains in the morning. The room and the living room are very clean. The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. The farm food I made for me is really delicious and I will recommend our itinerary for travel. The price is very reasonable and fair. The price is really high. I will book this one next time I come to Shanghai. Friends who are watching the homestay choose this one really will not step on thunder 😊.

The three of us went to Tonglu with our parents for three days, and chose a secluded place for the last night. We drove on the winding mountain road for a long time, and when we gradually became tired, our vision suddenly became clear, and a dazzling building stood halfway up the mountain. The housekeeper and the proprietress were waiting at the door early to help us direct parking and carry our luggage. Because we missed the start time of the bonfire party, the proprietress also specially arranged a big firework, which was very shocking and beautiful. Our family of five chose the mountain view suite. The room has a very grand layout, and the details of living are also well considered. It can be said that it is the most stylish and romantic homestay I have ever lived in. The whole villa is decorated with many ingenuity, and it is worth exploring and discovering its beauty step by step. The next day, we booked a large private hot spring, and the housekeeper arranged the hot spring early in the morning. There was a sporadic drizzle outside, and the mist evaporated the fatigue of the journey. It was really relaxing and comfortable. Sit and look quietly, behind you is the gentle breeze blowing from the bamboo forest accompanied by broken rain, and in front of you is the layered forest filled with curling mist. We also chose a homestay for lunch before leaving. The per capita cost was not low, but the dishes were very good, which was in line with the tastes of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. The whole family was worried about the large table of dishes, but they were all cleaned up. We were still not satisfied... Sitting alone in the secluded bamboo forest, playing the piano and whistling, looking forward to seeing you again next time

Superb! Highly recommended! My period suddenly started, and the housekeeper thoughtfully provided a pack of Always liquid sanitary pads (the expensive kind). They even made us a delicious white fungus soup that evening, using a slow-cooking, warm cup, along with water from C'estbon. Since we weren't used to instant noodles, there was a bonfire and movie screening outside in the evening. Breakfast was also very thoughtful; since most young people sleep in, the housekeeper cooked noodles for us after we got up.

Staying in a B&B like this at this price is a steal! I had low expectations, but was completely pleasantly surprised! The room was even more spacious and brighter than the pictures showed, impeccably clean, and odor-free. Basic amenities (air conditioning, hot water, WiFi) all worked perfectly, and the housekeeper was incredibly quick to respond to messages and provided clear check-in instructions. The location is right at the entrance to the scenic area. While not in the city center, transportation is convenient, taxis to attractions are affordable and easy, and the surrounding area is filled with vibrant local life. For travelers seeking clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations, this is a fantastic choice! Excellent value, highly recommended!

The homestay in Tonglu is on the mountain. It is super exciting to drive up along the winding roads! The room is quite large and well-equipped! There is a blue swimming pool and a slide, but it is a pity that it rained and there is no fun! The environment is very beautiful and the air quality is super good! If you like to pet cats, you can go to the cattery to see 4⃣️ little cuties, and there are dogs who will play with you! The dishes cooked by the aunt are so delicious. Here you can eat authentic local chicken soup, which is delicious!

Wonderfully helpful staff, really friendly and welcoming. Always checking if we need anything. Helped to arrange a driver to the train station. Helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do. Super green and genuinely a stay in the mountains! Really remote and peaceful. If you're a light sleeper this might not be ideal, as there is no soundproofing.
