GGuest UserI recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable.
During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day.
I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after.
My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning.
Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

GGuest UserAmazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Overall it’s one of the best hotel for us. Definitely recommended.

TTshirtThe accommodation is great, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful, always smiling, and speak politely. There are plenty of activities, and the Christmas event was exceptionally well done. We will definitely stay here again!

SSRWNDespite the very hot weather in Khao Yai at the moment, the overall atmosphere is still pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and very spacious, with several new construction areas currently in progress. There is a bicycle rental service available at 100 THB per hour, which is a nice way to enjoy the surroundings.
The room cleanliness could still be improved. It was also quite surprising that bath amenities are not set in the room and are only available upon request.
On a positive note, the service was excellent across all staff from the GSA and bellman to the security team, everyone was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious.

It would be even better if I came during winter; that would be incredibly comfortable. But coming when it's not busy, I truly felt well-rested. I really liked it!

OOceanTheGoatThe location and scenery around Toscana Valley are absolutely beautiful — one of the highlights of our stay. The cleanliness of the room and property was excellent, and the environment felt peaceful and well-maintained.
However, the service could definitely be improved. Some staff seemed overwhelmed or slow to respond, and certain requests took longer than expected. The facilities were also just okay — not bad, but not quite at the level we expected for the price and reputation of the property.
Overall, it’s a great place if you want a quiet getaway with amazing views, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service and facility quality.

TThanwa mcGiving 5 stars across the board for Roukh Kiri Khao Yai! First off, the room was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The location is great, convenient for getting around yet still feeling peaceful. As for the service, I was impressed right from check-in. The food was delicious and really hit the spot. It was definitely worth it for a relaxing getaway.

PPai_M4That was one of my best moments in my life. The service and the staff are really amazing and the decorations is like Europe vibe + vintage vibe. Everything is perfect.
I want to suggest to go more than one days to travel every place of hotel.
And also for someone who is budget saver, I want to suggest to prepare food or something if you don’t want to take dinner from the hotel. There was no restaurant no taxi and no nothing so prepare before you go.
Everything is perfect.
I will go next time.
