The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . .

The location is very convenient, but because you don't have a front desk, be sure to book your check-in time in advance.

The location is right on the edge of the city center, lively and quiet, the environment is good. However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English. In addition, the house is separated by a partition, the sound insulation effect is not very good, the party is opened next door, and it is very loud.

Check-in on the first floor, after entering the room, the room is strange, I don’t want to sit low and change the room immediately, it’s not wrong, change the 11th floor, the view feels comfortable, the kitchen utensils are relatively old, the decoration is generally the same, the scenery is good~

The hotel staff were welcoming and ready to help. The hotel ammenities and location itself were perfect, from the pool there was a magnificent view of the sunset overlooking the city buildings. The charging ports in the room were practically placed, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was modernly designed and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, inviting, clean and modern, making its shared spaces comfortable to relax. Its convenient location allowed access to ”The District” on Docklands with a range of restaurants and shops alongside public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

Hotel location is very convenient, there is a tram station downstairs, about 10 minutes walk to southern cross station, , but there is a train in the morning, although more than 20 floors are high, the window is closed and the train has already been awakened. Although the deposit was refunded after the deposit, it also eroded the exchange rate difference. Generally, companies will only hold credit but not count. It is not official for the hotel, it may be just a unit owner or long-term tenant, and then sublet to tourists. Before I came over, I had already connected. I planned to pay the deposit when I arrived. When I arrived, I found that I was not in the hotel. I asked for a long time. I used the link to pay the deposit. The other party only sent a short message to explain how to electronic self-service check-in. I lived in Melbourne for several wine points. No one asked for a deposit. Really need and should come over to collect cash and return it immediately when leaving.

The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home.

It's a serviced apartment with basically no services. If you stay for a long time and prepare to cook your own food, you can. There are large supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets nearby. You can clean the bathroom yourself, wash the bath towels yourself, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine, which is also convenient.
