The sales office is still there, so there are probably still units for sale. Occupancy isn't high. It's located outside Yanguan Town, about a 10-minute walk away. There aren't many people around. You can see the Qiantang River in the distance. It feels like it just opened recently; it's very new. There are some seats at the reception, but breakfast isn't provided yet. Since we were only staying one night, it provided enough comfortable space for two friends to move around and rest. It was quite nice."
