This hotel far exceeded our expectations! It’s a tranquil oasis in a bustling area, with a wonderful Republic-era vibe. If you like taking photos, this place is incredibly photogenic, and they even thoughtfully provide free qipaos. What really delighted my child was the little study room. After a tiring day of exploring, my kid would quietly read there, and I'd sit beside him, sipping coffee and joining in. That's something many other hotels don't offer. The ladies at the front desk saw I was with my child and upgraded our room for us. But the most touching part was the attentive concierge – I really have to give them a special shout-out. My child discovered the vintage rotary phone by the bed, the kind where you put your finger in and dial each number. It was his first time seeing one, and he was so curious. He playfully wrote on a note pad, 'I don't know how to use the phone.' The concierge found it while cleaning the room and actually left a thoughtful reply! They also noticed I was washing a lot of my child's clothes every day and specifically brought us an extra drying rack. Huge thanks to the concierge for their thoughtful service. Five stars all around! I've already shared this with friends, telling them this is the place to stay when they come with their kids!

Traveling with kids, my biggest worry is often how convenient the hotel will be. This hotel completely put my mind at ease! I called ahead to let them know we had a child, and when we arrived, the room already had kids' slippers and toothbrushes ready. The room was surprisingly clean, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, with plenty of hot water and stable temperature. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and checked us in quickly. She even proactively told us about local restaurants and attractions, which was super thoughtful! The room was larger than expected; we had space for two suitcases and still had room to spare. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so we slept wonderfully. The laundry room even had detergent and a dryer, which was a godsend for tired travelers like us.

I was surprised that there is such a high-end resort hotel in Luoyang. The decoration materials are high-end and the experience is beyond my expectations. From the room you can see the vast lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The butler service is very considerate. They contacted us the day before to confirm the itinerary and meals can be delivered to the room. I like this kind of lying flat vacation experience.

The boss's service attitude is first-rate, There are two slow charging piles, pure tram can make up for electricity. The homestay has its own kitchen and the food is delicious. The pool water temperature is suitable in the afternoon and there is no direct sun. There are KTV equipment at night, which can be used for adults and children to sing happily. A very good experience, will be pushed to friends around, Or come back to Chongdugou in the future, Mochi must be the best choice. Awesome!

A very cost-effective homestay, the homestay is clean and hygienic, the furniture and facilities are new, it should be a newly opened hotel, there is a single courtyard, sitting in the yard can enjoy the beautiful view of Laojun Mountain, the service is intimate, the proprietress is very good, the hotel has a restaurant, the boss personally takes care of it, the food is very delicious. Come to Laojun Mountain and live in her house. Recommend to friends and relatives!

I stayed at the Qiantang Houyuan Hotel for this business trip. The room facilities were well-maintained, featuring Xiao Ai smart voice control and a smart toilet, providing an excellent smart experience. The overall decor was cozy and comfortable, making it feel very much like home. The hotel's public amenities were also comprehensive, with meeting rooms that are very convenient for business meetings. The hotel has free parking, which is incredibly convenient. In my free time, I could also use the gym. It's suitable for both business trips and short-term stays. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

Traveling to Luoyang with friends, I thought the hotels were all very different, but I didn't expect that the lobby was very warm and the environment was very good. The hotel room was very spacious. There was a faint fragrance as soon as I entered the hotel. I slept very soundly. I will come again next time!

A famous hotel with high privacy. There are only 4 rooms in the whole building. There are security guards in and out. The rooms are well soundproofed! The equipment is very complete, the floor heating makes you not feel the winter, the breakfast is very considerate, Mr. Bao from Henan makes rice, one serving per person is considered considerate! ! !

I loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for the sight seeing I went to do with my friends! After a long day walking around in the sun and heat, the cool water of the hot spring bath attached to my room was perfect to relax and get refreshed for my adventures the next day! This hotel is perfect for groups of friends, business travel, or families with children! We didn’t realize it when we booked our stay, but there is also a water park in the hotel resort, which is perfect for kids!

Summary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar. Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large. Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink. Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels.
