"This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!"

"We are happy that we’ve found jk homestay because it is very cozy and relaxing, it feels like home away from home. The view outside the room is breathtaking. The staff very accommodating even if we arrived earlier than the said check in time, we still managed to use their billiards while waiting for free. The owner is very nice to us and we’re grateful for that. The room is very neat and we never expect that it is more spacious and comfortable for the price we’ve paid for. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and families, well for sure when I visit Sa Pa Vietnam again, I will book this homestay because it is just few minutes away from the town proper and other tourist attractions."

"Being in the mountains, I had an experience I don't usually get to have. And with the clean accommodation, bathroom, and living room lights, it was the best place I've ever stayed. The fact that there is no TV was a stroke of genius. It also made me reflect on myself...."

"A great location for those who are tired of vain and want to be closer to nature. Great views on mountains and valley. Minus can bet for not working the Internet in the room, had to connect to the neighboring bungalow. Very pleasant and kind staff (separate thanks to Wang, a couple of times he helped us very much). Breakfasts are modest but delicious, too can be eaten well. In general, there is a very nice impression."

"The staff were lovely and always available to help us. While the rooms are a bit far from the reception, you just need to call and a buggy will pick you up immediately, so it's really not an issue. The room was well-equipped. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the nice view due to bad weather and fog, but the heated mattress kept us warm at night. The hotel offers discounts on the spa and bar, and they're very accommodating if you arrive before check-in. We were able to wait by the pool and enjoy the spa. You absolutely must try their exceptional massage; it's more expensive than in town, but the quality is incomparable. The breakfast and restaurant were incredible too, with lots of specialties to try. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the city center by Grab taxi."

"This is a very cozy bungalow-style accommodation. It's located very close to Sapa town square. It was great to be able to shower in a separate shower room before check-in, especially since I arrived by sleeping bus. The bungalow had a living room on the first floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor, and I particularly liked having a bathtub. All the staff were very friendly and kind. On my departure day, they even made me a sandwich to take with me, which was absolutely delicious. The breakfast was a bit meager, though. However, the brunch at a nearby place called Chusu was really good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
