Guest UserIs located at the Center of the town. Same building as Sapa station. Very convenient as all the restaurants and shops are nearby. Easy for Fanispan travel. We stayed for 3 nights even though the breakfast variety is good however not many items changes if you stayed longer

Kim VenderUndoubtedly one of the finest hotels we experienced in Sapa and certainly worth considering!
What made our stay particularly memorable was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel staff on my birthday. They graciously surprised us with a birthday cake and a heartfelt card, transforming an already wonderful stay into an exceptionally meaningful celebration. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, and accommodating, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.
The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering an extensive and delectable selection that catered to a variety of preferences. There was certainly no shortage of choices!
The location is another remarkable advantage. Situated within close proximity to Sun Plaza, as well as numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, the hotel is highly recommended for travellers who appreciate the convenience and vibrancy of Sapa’s town centre while remaining surrounded by its spectacular mountainous scenery.
And for those specifically searching for a hotel with a picturesque view of the iconic Sapa mountain train, this is definitely one to consider. We booked the Deluxe Mountain View room, and the scenery made the experience even more worthwhile. 🚞⛰️
Exceptional hospitality, strategic location, impressive breakfast, and captivating views: all complemented by thoughtful service that made my birthday truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We only stayed here for one night before heading back to Hanoi. It was a quick stay because my partner was not feeling well, so we mostly stayed at the hotel.
We booked the cheapest room with just a window and no view. Surprisingly the king size bed was huge, and we had plenty of space for our luggage. The bathroom was clean and good as well.
I also really appreciated that they provide umbrellas for guests to use, especially since we stayed in August and it had been raining a lot in Sapa. It was such a thoughtful and useful little touch.
The breakfast was okay, although there was not much variety, probably because there were only a few guests during our stay. Overall, I really liked the cleanliness, the hotel itself, and the staff who were really friendly and helpful.
I just wish we could have stayed longer and booked a room with a mountain view. Hopefully next time! ❤️

WhalefOur group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process.
The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure.
While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high.
Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them.
The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks.
In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Anonymous UserWonderful hotel with very charming, secluded cabins nestled in the mountains. We arrived before check-in time, and our room was already ready, so they let us check in early without any extra charge. The hotel also has a fantastic cafe with a very friendly bartender. Make sure to try the white coffee!

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Sapa Station and Sapa Square, and about 10 minutes to Sapa Lake. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The breakfast was simple but substantial and tasted good. The room was generally clean, but the shower holder was broken, so I had to hold the showerhead by hand. I woke up at 6 AM and went to the balcony to look out, and saw a sea of clouds – it was so amazing!

Anonymous UserThe location is central and very convenient. Bus company provides pick up and drop off service in this hotel’s area.
The panorama view from the balcony is excellent but available only from rooms at floors 5 and above.
Good mattress, good linen. Hot water.
Saw the staff eating breakfast together and allowed to partake of the buffet after breakfast service. This is a good point for me.
We had some concerns with the first room we had. We raised this with trip.com and the hotel management addressed the issues promptly.

Emmanuel.on.the.goDelasol's Chapa Brasserie Restaurant's breakfast buffet has an impressive spread divided into different stations. First is the hot coffee/tea and other beverage station. Succeeded by a table of cold cuts, cheese appetizer and salads. Next station is the breads, pastries and pancake corner. Followed by the highly patronized Hot counter for made to order Pho and Egg dishes. h other local dishes but leaned more on international cuisine. Finally the main course array with a line up of asian oriented dishes are enough for every palate to enjoy in the morning.
Stepping inside, we were greeted with a meticulously indochine inspired dining hall with wood and leather studded chairs.
The showstopper is floor to ceiling glass windows which have a panoramic view of mist shrouded mountain range further adding to the enjoyment of the dining experience.

Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Homestay. The room offered an incredibly beautiful panoramic view, and the family was super friendly. We were even invited to join them for dinner one evening and had a really fun night. The owner also offered us various tours we could book through him.
The breakfast was excellent, there was hot water in the bathroom, and the duvets were nice and warm, making it perfect even on cold nights.
