Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

As we are travelling with young kid and elderly, check in staff arrange room on the same floor and close to each other. Ben is very helpful, he helped me to arrange all transportation and recommend good place to go. Also arranged a cake and decorated the room for my husband’s birthday!!!The hotel located in a big shopping mall with many great activities, my families has a great time! Nothing much to eat around but it's located near the beautiful beach. Rooms are clean without any bad /cigarette smells - which is rare in China. The room is spacious with double - double bed setting. The only thing that I don't like is the shower. Water pressure is low and the shower head could not be set at a steady position.

The location is very good, 3 mins walk to Gongbei Port, lots of eating places near the restaurant. The room itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and modern. Staff are friendly in general, but I have to say the hospitality is something that can be worked on a bit for this hotel. Compared to other five-star hotels in the area, I was indeed a bit taken aback by the less-than-warming hospitality here. Breakfast buffet is certainly satisfying with its variety and taste.

Love Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel. The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest. A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase. The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

Second time I've stayed here opposite the school I work with. This is a very friendly and easy going place to stay. It is a little cheaper than the few other surrounding hotels and big rooms with lots of breakfast options. I also like staying here due to close by to hiking up the hill and other places to go running by the ocean...

We booked the Snowhouse Family Room. There's an igloo toyhouse in the room which my son really loved. There are also a lot of other activities for children inside this hotel besides going to The Ocean Kingdom. The buffet dinner was a surprise to us because there were so many kinds of food and different seafood. I hope they could have Snowhouse Family Room with View (for seeing the firework) in the future coz we would love to see firework in the room after a long day.

The staff at Charming are generally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My husband was looking for hot Americano at 10pm last night but there wasn’t a single cafe around the area after walking round. When we approached the front desk for help, Mr Howard Zheng and his staff Diana/Dana (new foreigner staff whom I didn’t quite get her name) were ready to help. They personally took the initiative to lead my husband and I through the streets to an alley where there was still a cafe opened till 11pm and we enjoyed our cup of Americano. Mr Howard even gave us his contact before leaving and offered to come and guide us back to the hotel if we needed help. That’s what I called Superb service !

The hotel room is fairly big for the price we pay. It is clean and the fixtures inside are in good condition. The hotel front desk staff are happy and helpful. Breakfast is good for the price charged. There are many different food (vegetable, dim sum, noodle, fried rice etc) to select from. Its location is good. It is close to the control point with Macau. It is also very close to the HK, Zhu Hai & Macau Bridge control point. Overall, we have a very happy stay at the hotel.

Like: The hotel is very well maintained. The 812 room we stayed in was very clean and well-organized. There was no smell of smoke. The sister Le who was responsible for the floor was very diligent and courteous, which made us spend a pleasant Spring Festival. Thank you. The front desk and the car security are also very helpful, helping to solve various problems and needs, thank you. Need to improve: The card machine failed to use the Master/Visa card directly, but fortunately I have WeChat, and finally solved it. Summary: All aspects are definitely comparable to foreign-funded hotel chains of the same level, and the price is better. We will choose Xiyuan Hotel when we go to Zhuhai in the future.

#Two days, one night, eight people's trip to Wailingding Island 1⃣️About the hotel: We booked a suite. We didn’t have high expectations when we booked it. We thought it would be hygienic. There are so many people mainly because there is a lot of space. So I searched for the suite directly, communicated with the customer service and it was settled. ⚠️After arriving at the hotel, my eyes really shine! Not only is it clean, but it is also very beautiful, very delicate, with a good layout and many photo spots. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen, which I think is more beautiful than home (ps: the first reaction when I checked in was whether this house can be sold to me). All the sanitary corners are clean and cannot be faulted! This is the most exquisite homestay I have ever seen. Here is a suggestion for merchants: the photos you hang up are different from the actual ones, and they don't capture the real beauty. Due to the limited time, we have a lot of people, so it's a pity that we didn't take too many photos of the inn! Every picture window is a view! ! 2⃣️About the service: Due to the friend's birthday, we agreed that there should be no cakes on the island. Unexpectedly, when I asked casually, the customer service lady told me that they have their own bakery, and all the cakes, desserts and drinks are made by themselves. (Actually, I still don't have high expectations for the cake here, after all, tourist attractions...) The cake turned out to be super delicious, the fruit is very fresh, and the taste is very good ~ This surprised me again! Before going, I didn’t have any idea when I came here for the first time, thanks to the lady who patiently answered my questions and gave me a strategy to avoid stepping on the pit! After arriving, the little brother Xiaolin from the inn came to pick us up and check in. The little brother also helped us carry our suitcases upstairs (because we were basically seasick). For the next journey, the little brother also picked us up patiently, without trouble at all. They will also recommend us where to eat and what to eat. A very funny and humorous little brother (Shanwei little brother). 3⃣️About drinks and desserts: I have just mentioned the cake🎂You can rest assured that it is delicious and the price is reasonable! Because our set meal comes with free desserts (Picture 5), the taste is unique and delicious😋The breakfast is also homemade bread, eggs, soy milk (forgot to take a picture because I got up late and was too hungry). Picture 4 is the coffee at our own expense ☕️ The price is 30+ which we think is reasonable, it is all freshly ground by brother Xiaolin, the more you drink, the more fragrant it will be. Worth a try if you have the budget! 4⃣️About the environment: Ye Jia has an internet celebrity rooftop with a high production rate. It is very suitable for birthdays here🎂Our first day was cloudy☁️ so the scenery was a bit lacking. The sun came out the next day and the production rate was really high! ! ❤❤️❤️️I think Ye Jia’s little brothers and sisters are very honest, and I wish we could experience all the good ones (it’s not necessary to tell you the bad ones). Before staying this hotel, I read some negative reviews on cleanliness and service. Therefore, I am worried about it. However, the actual experience was totally different. The room was very clean and huge. The cleaner definitely did a great job. Not only that, the warm welcome especially from the bellboy staff were great. One of the night shift staff (Lionel) went to the extra mile to help us order food delivery because our overseas number cant do so. I hope they can keep up standard and hope to stay there again.

Hengqin Bay Hotel is more premium, adult and tranquil than Chimelong's other more mass market and child-focused Penguin or Circus Hotels. My parents and I had a flawlessly wonderful time. We were kindly upgraded into an Executive Suite on 19/F, and were thus extremely well taken care of in-person by their Elite Club team on 18/F. The Elite Club team helped us personally with all dynamic trip bookings, including Ocean Kingdom park, Circus entertainment and daily restaurant (breakfast, dim sum lunch) bookings, even ordering our 7-seater transfers to and from both Macau and Hong Kong. Their Executive Suites offered incredible ocean views from their expansive balconies, and I could wake up to sunshine through their sheer curtains, as well as the sound of bird calls and dolphins echolocating from the downstairs lagoon, while waking up in the morning in a giant bed, with spacious bathrooms and tub, study desk and living room. The room was well stocked with Arpeggio coffee capsules and a Nespresso machine, assorted Dilmah teas, electric kettle, both Western + Chinese teaware and bottles of mineral water. We were able to also take transportation, e.g. wooden canal boats and golf carts, to explore both fellow Circus and Penguin Hotel restaurants, and daily activities, e.g. circus performances, penguin experience buffet dinner. Their breakfast buffet was in a restaurant filled with aquariums, with a huge selection of Western and Chinese hot and cold options, as well as fruit. For lunch, we had delicate and tasty novelty dim sum, such as sea urchin soup wontons, with sunny panoramic views overlooking the hotel and ocean. The swimming pool areas were most crowded and chaotic with noisy children and parents renting floaties and playing in the foam party sections, but if you are just looking for a shady, quiet cabana for rest and relaxation, you were able to find that too in the side sections. We also enjoyed free afternoon teas with sandwiches, fruit, panna cottas and cakes at the 18/F Elite Club. You were also able to buy a wide selection of Chimelong Ocean Kingdom souvenirs and swimwear at the Hotel's retail stores. Altogether a lovely stay and guest experience, that went off without a hitch!

Transportation: Depart from Xiangzhou Port Wharf and take a 50-minute boat ride to Dong'ao Island. Citizens of Zhuhai City have a 20% discount. After the discount, the adult round-trip ticket is 136RMB. In windy weather, the big waves will shake the boat more violently. Friends who suffer from motion sickness remember to bring motion sickness stickers. After landing on the island, the hotel will have a free shuttle bus, which is a battery car, and there will be one soon, so there is basically no need to wait for the bus. It takes about 10 minutes on the mountain road from the pier to the hotel. Accommodation: This time I booked three garden view rooms to celebrate my parents' 35th wedding anniversary. I would like to thank Ling Jianzhao, the little brother at the front desk, who thoughtfully helped us upgrade to a sea view room, specially arranged rooms connected together on the same floor, so that it is convenient to take care of the elderly and children traveling with us, and even gave us a cake. When checking out, they thoughtfully sent us a few motion sickness stickers. ❤️It is comparable to the service standard of Forbes Hotel! In addition, I also want to praise the staff in the concierge department, all of them are warm and polite. During my stay, I failed to open the lobby door by myself. Food: There is also a restaurant in the hotel, and we have a free dining coupon of 300RMB when we book a room. Went to the Chinese restaurant on the third floor. I ordered the siu mei platter, hot and sour lotus root with stir-fried fat beef, sea**** jade seed tofu mussels pot, fisherman steamed three treasures (dried fish with white rice, dried squid, dried salted fish in warehouse), fried Chinese kale, salt and pepper nine belly fish. After the discount, you will pay 255RMB yourself, for your reference. Environment, service and taste are still ok. It is highly recommended if you have a coupon. 1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

The guest relations director, Kelvin, has a very good service attitude. The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with a jewelry box, a cosmetic mirror, and a sewing kit Waiting for unexpected equipment, I didn’t have it when I stayed in other five-star hotels before. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. If the gym is not used, I just go to the swimming pool to play. The size of the swimming pool is sufficient, and the water in the pool is also very clean. I feel that I can still see the sea when I look out , it is very beautiful! Order takeaway at night and you can have a robot to help you. Overall, the stay is very comfortable. I will come again next time~

Very beautiful sea view room, the best sea view in Zhuhai is just outside the balcony. The hotel housekeeper Li is very enthusiastic and praises one. It was the birthday of the child when I was staying in the hotel, so thank you very much for the cake that Sister Lele gave to the child. We enjoyed our stays there as the location is so near the train and bus station. We are all seniors and need to walk to the hotel with luggage is not easy. L hotel is so near to the border from Macau. The hotel receptionist and cleaners are all very attentive. This is not my 1st time stay, previously came with my family.

The staff at Charming are generally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My husband was looking for hot Americano at 10pm last night but there wasn’t a single cafe around the area after walking round. When we approached the front desk for help, Mr Howard Zheng and his staff Diana/Dana (new foreigner staff whom I didn’t quite get her name) were ready to help. They personally took the initiative to lead my husband and I through the streets to an alley where there was still a cafe opened till 11pm and we enjoyed our cup of Americano. Mr Howard even gave us his contact before leaving and offered to come and guide us back to the hotel if we needed help. That’s what I called Superb service !
