The BEST !!! You would not expect very nice interiors for such a low price (less than 800 pesos). The common area is also very comfortable. Ito yung lugar na kahit common toilet, hindi ako nagdadalawang-isip pumasok.First time ko rin magupload ng pics sa review. The rules on being silent make it a good place to work, esp with many electrical sockets. Wifi is fast, and you can do video calls. Bunk beds have their own light. Perhaps the only negative I saw was that not all showers are working and some of the hooks are broken. Also, there may be some travelers who may be disrespectful so if there is a way to control them (this is a challenge!), then it would be great. But when I stayed, it was very quiet, except for one person cursing. Staff is very helpful..even when you dont ask them to help with bags, they do.

Overall, we had a wonderful time. The restaurant though is not that big to accommodate the hotel guests during breakfasf time, so if you go there around 7am or later, you may have to line up and wait for a long time.

Subject: Feedback on Staff Training and Late Check-out Protocol We are frequent Savoy guests. Our check-in was excellent (paid early check-in at 7:00 AM, room upgrade, and confirmed late check-out until 3:00 PM by Vanie). However, on the day of departure, we were repeatedly called at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM by a different front desk officer, who disputed the confirmed 3:00 PM check-out time. This staff member demonstrated a severe lack of coordination, empathy, and professionalism, attempting to bargain and failing to honor a promise made by a colleague due to a system oversight. Recommendation: Staff require urgent refresher training on communication, coordination, and emotional intelligence. Minor Feedback: The lobby scent is still bothersome and does not mask the surrounding drainage odor. Please consider a clean, refreshing scent like peppermint or eucalyptus.

The staff in front desk very politely in answering our enquiries, hotel location closed to terminal 2 airport just 5 minutes walking distance. Overall very convenient to everywhere, will come back .

The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. The amenities and buffet breakfast offer good value for money, though both the elevator wait times and buffet lines can get quite long, especially during peak periods like our check-in on December 24. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend this hotel. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary connecting rooms for guests who book multiple rooms, as this option is not currently available on popular booking platforms like Trip or Agoda. This would make family or group stays much more convenient.

The room was clean and staff are friendly always greet us good morning. I have a suggestion i hope u need to change the lights in the hallway and the rooms as well coz is kinda dark lol but overall my mum and I had a great time staying at hotel101 coz it’s walking distance going to SM MOA.. ill be back nxt year for sure ❤️

This hotel is highly recommended to everyone who wants an easy access to mall and other tourist spot within Metro Manila. The staffs starting from guards to information are friendly and helpful. Our experience with the good services they offer is memorable and exceptional. Kudos to all the staffs. The food taste is good and worth the price. Staff: Wonderful hotel with professional staff. My booking was originally a king size bed but I requested a twin. They did everything to met my needs. After a long flight I wasn’t in my best mood and they did understand and deal with me with respect and understanding. Room: simply wonderful as usual.. this is my fourth or fifth stay and I’M will be always my home in Manila.

Place was cozy you just need to mind the smell of smoke outside of the corridors. The staff was accommodating and they were able to quickly assist us during our whole stay. If you need a place to stay to go around pasay with friends, you can try this hotel. Not much going on with the amenities. Though take note that there were only two towels available even if we booked a room for 4 persons and you need to pay for two extra towels. So just be mindful bringing your own. Feedback as well for the shower area as the door lock was broken.
