We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Manila. The staff were warm, courteous, and accommodating throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel’s convenient location made our trip even more enjoyable.
The only minor issue we encountered was regarding our request for a complimentary birthday cake for my mother. While the request had been made in advance, it appears that it was not properly endorsed to the morning shift on our checkout day, so it was unfortunately missed.
Despite this, the overall experience was excellent, and the quality of service more than made up for this small oversight. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We look forward to staying with you again in the future."

At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Pasay hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s just a few steps away when you get off Runway Manila toward Newport, making it extremely convenient—especially for travelers. There’s a Lawson, Starbucks, and several restaurants right around the corner, and Newport Mall is only about a 400-meter walk away.
Security is also reassuring, as all luggage is scanned upon entry, which gives an added sense of safety.
However, the stay itself had several drawbacks. The breakfast spread is quite limited and not particularly tasty. It also gets crowded very early—by 7 AM, seats are already hard to find, and you may need to wait. We stayed on a weekday, so it’s likely even worse on weekends.
The room was underwhelming. We were assigned a standard room on the 4th floor, quite far from the elevator, which was inconvenient. While the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, the overall cleanliness felt lacking. There was only one bathrobe and one glass provided, and the amenities were very basic.
The bathroom was especially disappointing—it was dark, felt unclean, and had visible mildew on the curtains. The curtains were also too short, causing water to spill into other areas of the bathroom. It almost seemed like the dim lighting was intentional to hide these issues.
Overall, the hotel is acceptable if you just need a place to rest after a long flight or if you have an early departure. But for comfort and overall quality, there’s definitely room for improvement."

"It's my first time to checked in with this hotel,but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow.And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place,housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean.They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness,the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you."

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff truly made our experience special. Every employee we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.
The only downside was that the room adjacent to ours was quite noisy, and the disturbance continued until past 1:00 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It would be great if the hotel could enforce quiet hours more consistently to ensure all guests can rest comfortably.
Despite this, we appreciated the excellent service and hospitality, and we would consider staying here again."

PPass and you will miss!Near everything. I always stay in this hotel when I arrive in Manila. Lots of eating places across the road and the hotel provides breakfast too. Being a member allowed me to check in early and have a late checkout so that was great!

Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee.

The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music.

Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda.

TTravelGuy2Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the F1 Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting us with smiles and offering help whenever needed. The hotel arranged transportation for us several times, which made getting around very easy. The room was comfortable, though it lacked consistent hot water and felt somewhat dated. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from.

SSemayaThere was a convention happening on the day we checked in, so the hotel was understandably very crowded. The reception area had a long queue, and one of the receptionists seemed to take quite a while to process each guest (I’m not sure if he was new). We started queuing at around 1:00 PM and waited for about 30 minutes before it was our turn.
When we finally reached the counter, the receptionist informed us that our room was still not ready and asked us to come back at the official check-in time. This was a little disappointing since it was only about 30 minutes before check-in, and we had already noticed other guests being given their rooms before 2:00 PM. Having to queue again after already waiting for 30 minutes wasn’t the best experience.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent. It’s directly across from SM Aura and within walking distance of Market! Market!. There’s also a 7-Eleven and Mang Inasal just outside the hotel, which is very convenient. My only concern is that the hotel’s frontage is near a busy intersection, so crossing the street can feel a bit risky.
The breakfast was decent, and the coffee served at the restaurant was surprisingly good. Overall, the location and amenities made up for some of the inconvenience during check-in, but I hope the hotel can improve its check-in process, especially during busy periods.

MMikaayyBeen booking Eurotel everytime since its fronting Rob Manila. The bed is not soft and the beddings are quite old and are yellow-stained already. Also, one problem is the bedding (bedsheet) keeps coming off from the mattress which is a hassle. Hallway sometimes smell of cigarette
